Is it possible to use information in a contact list to set up conditions for an email trigger?Student teachers in our education program are evaluated by host teachers in the schools. These host teachers complete an evaluation designed in Qualtrics.We would like to set up a trigger that will send a notification with responses to the student's university faculty supervisor and the student. The condition would be based on the student name entered in the form by the external respondent (the host teacher).The number of students is the issue. It isn't practical to set up a condition for each individual student or each supervising faculty. This could be more than a hundred. It could be done, but that is too time consuming and not really sensible.I was wondering if there is a way to upload a contact list of all the students/emails and faculty/emails and use that somehow in setting up the email trigger. I'm not sure if I'm explaining this correctly. We are hoping to automate this process

But what if you have several players in the process for completing a form.Here is the scenario - Students who would like to participate in an internship must follow a specific approval process. After the student obtains the form they must follow the steps below:Student completes Section 1 with their information.Form automatically is sent to employer.The employer completes Section 2 with internship information.Form automatically is sent to faculty supervisorFaculty supervisor completes Section 3 and signs.Student reviews and signs if in agreement.Form automatically is sent to dean of school.Dean reviews and signs.Form automatically is sent to department admin for registration.We have several departments on campus that need this same type of process. I would like some input on a survey project that we are working with right now.I created a survey that allows adjuncts to record professional development training. The process works as follows:The survey contains multiple training categories/blocks (identified in a TOC). Respondents can navigate to any category via the TOC.The respondent can enter all training at one sitting if preferred.At the end of the survey, respondents can select whether the form is ready to be processed. If it is, then our department is notified that a form as been submitted for processing. If they have not finished adding training, then they can select no, they're not ready to submit. I have the save and continue option set and once they submit the form, an email trigger sends them a retake link with instructions to use for their next update, with instructions to use the most recent link every time they update their training.As they progress through the semester, using the link in the most recent notificati
In a test survey, I have an email trigger set to provide the Full Response Report (with questions). When the response email arrives, there is a link that opens a summary report in a browser, but can also be downloaded to a pdf. My question is regarding this report. Are there any customization options available with this report? The needed format would be a report with the questions and responses, but no statistics (which we do not need for individual answers). !
We are experiencing issues with the Preview button (from within the surveys). It works in some surveys, others it will not. I've made no changes to existing surveys where the preview has previously worked, but now is not. I've tested in both Firefox and Chrome; same issue with each browser. I've checked settings/survey flow, active/closed, etc. Nothing out of the ordinary. A coworker checked surveys in her Qualtrics account and is experiencing similar issues. If we use the "preview survey" option from the Projects page (Action menu), the preview opens successfully in a pop-up window. Still, the preview button within the surveys is not working. Again, this is true for both Firefox and Chrome. If the preview didn't work on any survey, then I would suspect a browser issue, but it's only a few surveys. Additionally, it can work on a survey, then stop working. So, no consistency in the problem. Any suggestions? We're a bit perplexed and need to resolve.
Can anyone provide an example of a situation or report where one would create a custom page or rename a page title (question name) in the Results-Reports Section? I am working on training material and want to make best practice recommendations for this option. Thanks so much for your insight.
I need to develop a very basic Qualtrics training session for faculty/staff and would like to include a basic guide to accompany the training. Is it permissible to use material from the "Learn the Survey Platform" training webpages (with attribution included of course)? Or is material already available? I have looked but couldn't find anything already prepared or available for download. What is acceptable and appropriate use of the training content, images, guides, etc.? I do not want to violate any copyright protection. Thank you kindly.
We would like to export separate pdfs of selected responses. Because we need to select specific responses, we elected to use "Export PDF" under Actions. The pdf, however, does not display a title header or timestamp, only the questions w/responses. For this survey, each response is information contained in an application, so the timestamp would be important to include on the pdf. Can anyone provide more direction for this process?
