Customizing Response Summary Report via Email Trigger
+9In a test survey, I have an email trigger set to provide the Full Response Report (with questions). When the response email arrives, there is a link that opens a summary report in a browser, but can also be downloaded to a pdf.
My question is regarding this report. Are there any customization options available with this report? The needed format would be a report with the questions and responses, but no statistics (which we do not need for individual answers).

I have came across this question before as well from my end stakeholder but I do not think it is possible to make any changes to it.
