I have a multiple choice yes / maybe / no question with graphics. Each label is set to appear below / beneath the graphic, but in the actual survey, they're appearing to the right... Actual survey: ! Survey editor: ! I assume this might be due to CSS problems. I checked the survey's theme, and outside of some color and font changes, everything else is default. How to proceed?
I created a test SMS distribution with two contacts (only the "Phone number" column was filled in). The texts sent as scheduled, but Qualtrics says there were zero recipients. Additionally, for one of the contacts, the survey was completed, yet the distribution history isn't reflecting that. Lastly, if I try to view the distribution info, it says no additional information is available at this time. How to proceed?
My assumption is no, and that I have to instead manually export the list of people who haven't completed a survey, import those lists, and send a new survey email...
Per WCAG guideline 1.1.1, images need alt text. In my slider creative, I dropped in an image. On the page itself (where the slider is located), it contains no alt text. The image has a description, though, so it just looks like Qualtrics doesn't support alt text in sliders...Additionally, per WCAG guideline 2.4.1, the iframe for the slider survey requires a non-empty title attribute that identifies the frame. By default, Qualtrics appears to NOT be using a title. Because the slider is inserted into a page / site as a JS snippet, I have no idea how to resolve this accessibility issue.
The title might use some help, but here's the situation. I have a multiple choice question with the following options: 1. Prices 2. Available types of products 3. Color options 4. Style options 5. I don't know 6. Everything 7. Nothing What I'd like is, if someone has "everything" selected, I want any other select to go unchecked. For example, if someone checks "prices" and then "everything," I want "prices" to uncheck itself. Same goes for the "nothing" option. If someone selects the first three options and then selects "nothing," I want the first three options to automatically uncheck themselves.
I've launched a feedback slider survey. It would be great to know which page a user is on when they decide to take the survey. I searched extensively and couldn't find anything related to this. Is it not possible?
