I created a test SMS distribution with two contacts (only the "Phone number" column was filled in). The texts sent as scheduled, but Qualtrics says there were zero recipients. Additionally, for one of the contacts, the survey was completed, yet the distribution history isn't reflecting that. Lastly, if I try to view the distribution info, it says no additional information is available at this time.
How to proceed?

I am having issues with SMS right now, too. I wonder if there is an issue company wide?
Hi team! Our Application Status page is always a great resource to see if there are any data center wide outages. I am aware of a previous issue users experienced with SMS distributions, but your best bet will be reaching out to our Support team to better understand the impact and the resolution!
The numbers eventually updated (slowly).
