I am attempting to learn how to create users through python using the script found here Our Brand is SSO enabled so the usernames have #brandid appended to them. This is referenced at this support page, but I am not sure what to enter for the password field. The api documentation says password is required but I do not know what I would enter since these users will use SSO. Would appreciate any guidance here, thank you!
I have a survey that I will export the responses via API using a python script. Some of the questions should be exported as numeric values but others should have choice text. I know how to specify this for the entire dataset setting "useLabels" equal to true or false - but is there a way to specify which questions I want numeric and which questions I want choice text? I can do an export both ways and then select the columns from their proper format and this will get me what I need. Hoping there is an easier way though so I only have to export the data once.
Have a survey where at the end we ask "would you like to make a new submission?" If the respondent selects Yes then a form question displays allowing them to submit the information. After they submit we would like the survey to ask again if they would like to make a new submission. This should repeat until "No" is selected and they will be skipped to end of survey. Is it possible to do this?
I have a metric that I want to show trended over the years. At a certain point it goes from being recorded yearly to quarterly. Is there a way to make the line chart trend by Year and then change to Quarter starting in 2019? Ideally the timeline would look like this. 2016 - 2017 - 2018 - 2019.1 - 2019.2 etc. I cannot make the entire chart quarterly and hide blank quarters, because previously the survey would be sent out the middle of a quarter change (example: responses recorded 6/30/17 and 7/1/17 should be reported together as 2017 but if I switch to quarters they would be separate)
I want to have a question with the answer choices assigned to groups so there are headers for each category the choices fall under. This is possible if the choices are positioned vertically but I want them to be in columns. Is there any way to achieve the same look of having headers for these choices but keeping them as a column? Maybe with Javascript? The question is a multiple select that serves as a pick list to identify which products the respondent will be surveyed on.
We have an ongoing survey that has had many changes over the years. There are 2 matrix tables and both have the majority of their statements now hidden from respondents, but we keep the old statements in the survey to retain the historical data. To improve survey design we want to combine the statements that are still shown to respondents so they are in one matrix table. I am wondering what the most efficient way to migrate these statements would be. We need to add the statements and also move the historical data into the new field because it will be trended on the dashboard. What I am thinking right now: add the statements from 1 table into the other as new fields and then manually move the data from those statements to the new fields. I would filter the data by scale point -> select all responses -> add that scale point into the new field -> repeat for each scale point (9 point scale) -> delete the old statement from the matrixNot too difficult but manual and annoying. Are there any
Background: There are some instances where we use custom CSS to remove the logo from our dynamic theme and add in a different logo. Historically this process has only been done on certain surveys and all the contacts received the survey with the edited look and feel. Now we have a survey where we want some contacts to have our dynamic theme and some to have these unique themes with the alternate logos. This will be an ongoing survey that is sent out when triggered. Is there any way to trigger the CSS to changed based on contact information?
Hi, I have a survey that uses Loop & Merge and once the last loop has been completed the survey ends. For our surveys we use ">>" for the next buttons - then to finish the survey we have the final questions on a different block and that next button says "Finish". Since the question block needs to have the >> next buttons - is there a way to make the just final page's next button say "Finish"?
