I've set up a detractor ticket in a survey - when I manually upload responses via Import functionality and if in my data there are respondents who are detractor, will the ticket be generated in Qualtrics for those responses?
In Survey Flow when I click on Add from contacts and select a respective contact list I see that various other embedded data fields are been added as well. How can I restrict this...so that the embedded data fields of only that contact list is pulled?
Is there a way we can send an automated email notification to a user if a ticket is not resolved within 48 hours?
Hi Community, I'm uploading Historic data...in which I've a Embedded field named as "Waiting_time" which records the time a customer was waiting until s/he was served by a customer care representative. The time is stored in the below format... 0:12:56 0:00:22 0:04:28 0:01:30 0:32:52 0:00:10 0:07:46 0:03:08 1:04:58 What should be the Field Type of this Embedded data field so that I can calculate the average wait time? Hi, I'm doing a Math operations and storing it in an Embedded Data using below code... $e{ ( e://Field/CSO_Score / 15 ) * 100 } However, I also want the above operation to give me a rounded value. I tried to use the below code however it is giving an invalid expression $e{ round ( ( e://Field/CSO_Score / 15 ) * 100 , 0 ) } I'm definitely missing some thing. Any inputs / suggestion?
