HelloIn our survey we ask customers to take photos and upload these using the file upload question type and this can work well enough.However, what isn't clear is how we can show these in CX dashboards? I can't quite see how the image widget type would work for this, or any other.Has anyone managed this before?
I made some manual data edits in the "Data & Analysis" tab to test data that had been generated and for almost 24 hours now they have remained in the "request pending" state and if I try to import new test data the import pop up just hangs and I cannot import new data.The only "trick" I now about to try and force some changes through is to add/remove an embedded data field in the survey flow so that the data reindexes, but I have tried that and the updates are still pending.Does anyone know how I can get these changes past their pending state and start importing data again?Thanks
We are using SSO for our program without just in time user creation so a user can only access the platform if they have a valid account for SSO and if an account has been created in Qualtrics. I can test myself what happens if someone attempts to log in with invalid SSO credentials. But does anyone know what happens if a user with valid SSO credentials, but no Qualtrics account sees if they try to login? Do they just get redirected to the Qualtrics login page with an invalid username/password message, or would the invalid details show up on the SSO page? Thanks
Our client is company 'A' and when facing customers is operates under brand names 'B' and 'C'. If we want to create a survey that is correctly branded for 'B' and 'C' do we have to create 2 survey projects in Qualtrics, or is it possible to condition the Look and Feel in 1 survey project so that it uses the correct look and feel for brand 'B' and 'C'? I can't see a way that this is possible, but it would be great if we could, just to try and save a bit of setup time ... Thanks
I am taking the Qualtrics EX course and starting from the beginning where some general Qualtrics functionality is covered and then I took the quiz where I came across this question about the preview survey feature: "The Preview Survey button at the top of the Survey module launches a new window that displays an interactive preview of your survey. Which of the following statements are true about the survey process? Mark all that apply." From this list the following response was incorrect, but I don't understand why: "A preview survey simulates your actual survey environment, so hidden questions, like Timing and Meta Info questions, will remain hidden from view if the feature if chosen." Why does this statement not cover the "Show hidden questions" option in the preview environment? When I export a widget into CSV the decimal place is a "." and since my laptop was setup in the UK my Excel can read this perfectly well and calculations can be performed without making any changes. However, our program has a lot of users in Europe where the "," is more common and so when they see "0.8321" (for example) their Excel doesn't recognise this as a number - it is expecting "0,8321". It's probably not realistic to suggest they change their global Excel settings since I imagine in any other context all numbers will come in the expected format. Is there anything within Qualtrics that can change the format of the number? I imagine customers have faced this issue before?
The survey flow has an option to condition on a pre-made field called 'Device Type' which also comes with 10 pre-made device type options: Mobile, Blackberry, Android, iPad, iPhone, iPod, Opera Mobile, Palm, Windows Mobile, Other Mobile. I think I'm pretty sure on what Blackberry, Android, iPad, iPhone, iPod, Windows Mobile, and Palm refer to (a user has accessed and completed the survey using a web browser on one of these devices? although I'm not too sure on Palm - it looks to be a largely US only kind of mini-smartphone?) But as far as I can tell there is no 'Opera Mobile' device type? I've heard of the browser, but not the device and nor can I see one when I search. And then Mobile vs. Other Mobile? And also for that matter, are these not all 'Mobile' devices? So if a user is just interested in seeing usage on any sort of mobile device then they can just include all device types? And we can be sure that any response on an Android device, for example, will always show up under '
Hi I was just wondering if there is a way to test SSO functionality on CX program (on desktop, mobile XM app, etc.) before sending to the client for verification? For example, we have a client that is telling us that when users attempt to login to the XM app with SSO they are receiving a pop-up demanding a password. Now, my instinct is that the users are not clicking on organization login, but as far as I know I have no way to definitively prove that using organization login won't do this as I can't provide credentials for the SSO login. Surely there is a way to test, and this isn't just implemented blindly and then we just hope that it is working? Thanks
We have built our CX dashboards and these use multiple survey sources. As these survey sources will be visible to end users if they expand the filter choices, we have been asked to rename our sources. So in the 'projects' page we have renamed this source and when we view the 'dashboard data' tab the source shows the new name. However, in the dashboard itself the old name persists. I have tried to re-index the dashboard too and still the old name persists. Does anyone know how we can have the new data set source values show in the dashboard filters? Thanks
