I am working on a survey and selected Multiple Choice (Single Answer, Horizontal) option. When taking the survey the options are displayed in a rectangle (bar) format. I was wondering how I can have the response options written and below them have a circle. A matrix table has the circle (bubble) button selection format and wanted that but for the multiple choice question type (to have all my survey circle-format uniform). Is this possible? Thank you, Norma M.
Hello! I recently created multiple surveys and had trouble making my timer float along with my questions. The timer stayed fixed at the top of the survey where the first question was displayed. I wanted the timer to move down (be visible) when I scrolled down to through the entire survey. I did some research through posts in the qualtrics community and found a code that worked perfect! I just had to modify the QID number to match the QID of my timer question. div#QID5Timer { position: fixed; top: 0; right: 0; background: #000; However, my supervisor now asked me to mash up several surveys together to have one big survey instead. So now, with survey flow, the people taking the surveys are able to see ONLY the parts of the survey that correspond to them based on a selection of answers at the beginning of the survey. Thus, certain blocks do have timers and some don't. When I imported my surveys into one, the original CSS codes I had for each individual survey did not wo
Hello qualtrics community, I was wondering if anyone knew a Java Script code that would allow a timer to display at the top of the page of my survey? I know how to have a timer display to show how long someone has been on a survey, however the qualtrics function has the timer fixed at the top of the page. I would like the timer to be able to always display on the screen even if I scroll down to answer more questions on the survey. Is this possible? If so, would the code work for a particular block only or would it standardize it for the whole survey? My survey is broken into 8 parts, only 4 of those 8 blocks have survey questions on them and would only need a timer on those particular 4. Thank you, Kindly NM_Morales
Hello, I created a matrix table for my survey questions. When I tested out the link for the survey and attempted to run through the survey I created, the matrix table seemed cut off. I went back to edit the questions by adjusting the width of the columns containing my statements (by clicking and dragging on the vertical line to the left of my statements). Despite having done this and re-publishing my survey, the matrix tables are still cut off. Does anyone know why? Is there a fix? Thank you!
Hello! I am working on a survey that has 34 multiple choice questions on it (all of which are on one page). Is there a way to have Qualtrics track when 1, 2, and 3 minutes have passed and record where in the survey the participants were at during those time intervals? Thank you! -NM
Hello! I am working on some surveys and wanted to use the timing future because at the end of the day we want to see how long it took for each respondent to answer each question. To do this I had my questions separated into blocks. However, my supervisor would like to have all 33 questions in one single block. I mentioned to her that I was not sure how to do that given that the timing future can let know when the first and last questions were answered. Thus, I find myself reaching out to see if anyone would be able to help me? I heard JavaScript may be able to do the job. We would like to know how long it takes to answer each of the 33 question individually (given that they will be in the same block). Thank you!
