Circle (bubble) button selection instead of rectangle (bar)

I am working on a survey and selected Multiple Choice (Single Answer, Horizontal) option. When taking the survey the options are displayed in a rectangle (bar) format. I was wondering how I can have the response options written and below them have a circle. A matrix table has the circle (bubble) button selection format and wanted that but for the multiple choice question type (to have all my survey circle-format uniform). Is this possible?
