My name is Henrike and since July 1st this year I am customer data analyst for a B2B company in Germany. Before I have been working for a bank where I used company specific customer feedback software.

In my “new” company we use Qualtrics for different types of surveys, but my field is measuring customer experience/customer satisfaction.

I am happy to be part of this community and I’m looking forward to find out how to perform magic with Qualtrics!

Hey all!

Jeremy here, I work for a non-profit called Children's Hospital Association. I've been with the company and using Qualtrics for about a year and a half now. We use Qualtrics primarily to poll our children's hospitals for different data and then publish the information for free for the good of the child healthcare community as a whole.

For those of you who have answered questions of mine in the past, thank you so much, and I am trying to make a conscious effort and pay it forward not that I have my feet wet in the Qualtrics platform.

Hi everyone,

My name is Sergio. I am CX Specialist at Vocé (LATAM Qualtrics Partner). My role in Vocé consists of being the strategic partner of companies that want to design a customer experience (CX) measurement and management VoC program and align these definitions with Qualtrics technology.

I have been in contact with Qualtrics for over 5 years. Previously I was a Qualtrics user as a client implementing the VoC program in a Retail company. Now, in Vocé, i belong to the consultant team offering CX services to clients as a Qualtrics partner.

So far I have achieved the Qualtrics certifications of XM Scientist and Engagement Manager - CX. and my goal is to continue learning every day about experience management at a comprehensive level, learning about employee, brand and product experience with a focus on market research.

My name is Mike Chiasson. I'm the Market Research Manager at Sprague, an energy company headquartered in Portsmouth, NH. I've been here for about five years but have worked in research for quite some time following a "past life" as a mechanical engineer at a nuclear power plant. I've worked in research positions on the supply side and on the client side in the automobile, technology and energy industries. I earned my BSME from Notre Dame (let the abuse from Michigan grads begin!) and my MBA from Boston University - both a long time ago.

We use Qualtrics for customer and employee engagement surveys. I've attended the X4 Summit for the last three years and will do so again in March. I'm excited to finally join this community!
Hello XM Community members!

I'm Nikki Best from Whistler, British Columbia, Canada. Currently I am working with Tourism Whistler as research project lead for the next year (until September 2020), and when I am not here I am the Managing Director for Snowberry Consulting Ltd. I essentially build social feedback systems and design training, compliance and process management framework for public and private sectors. I also love researching for new initiatives and often look to my global partners for input and success stories.

Since joining with Tourism Whistler have been blown away by Qualtrics! As I work with it each day I am becoming more committed use it long-term, and integrate it my day to day consulting clients.
