Hi all! I just joined the community yesterday and still looking around what content and discussions to find. Looks great, and I like the expertise and rather moderate number of participants. Feels rather familiar, less broadcasting.
In general, I will be into all topics related to CRM solutions, mainly SAP & Salesforce. I can contribute the CRM part, will need to improve on Qualtrics details and integration topics.

I am the internal talent analytics consultant at Kronos. We are an HR software company specializing in workforce management and human capital management.

I live just outside of Boston, MA, and went to undergrad at the University of Florida and went to Boston University for grad school.

I have been working in the Qualtrics platform for about a year, with it being one of my many job functions. I specialize in finding ways to hack the platform and I'm passionate about improving the employee experience for all.

Hi,
I am a Sr. Analyst with JetBlue. Although the airline is based in NYC, we have an office in Salt Lake City, UT - not too far from Qualtrics HQ.
I have been using Qualtrics for 3 years. The team has been using it for longer. While we have mainly used the platform for customer surveys, we are ramping up our usage of the product in some unique and innovative ways.

We've been using Qualtrics for about a couple of years now to help measure resident trust in the city and service satisfaction though our transactional and research project surveys, closing the loop, and more. Hi, just joined the Community and new to Qualtrics. My focus is on data analysis / statistical analysis using Stats iQ. Have done SPSS for about a year (reluctantly). I've reviewed all videos for "Qualtrics Experience Basecamp: Using Stats iQ to Analyze Data', and it's giving me lots of ideas. Looking forward to being part of the Qualtrics team.

I'm Gabriel, Systemic Coach, just joined this community and started drafting my first survey 🙂 I'm looking to develop a survey for assessing teams' perspectives on several topics and then use the consolidated report to co-design a suitable team coaching program with the team leader. Hello all! I'm Erin Caldwell, I run the Client Voice program at MX, a fintech company based in Lehi, UT. I'd love to connect with anyone else in the fintech and banking space, or anyone else with a B2B/B2B2C model.
We use Qualtrics to conduct research into our client experience, so we can identify areas of success to capitalize on, and areas of friction that we need to improve. We run a quarterly relationship survey that goes to key client stakeholders, which generates our NPS, and we are building touchpoint surveys to measure satisfaction and friction at various points in the customer journey. We also use Qualtrics to survey our team members about their experience working with clients, which gives us greater insight into internal friction and opportunities for improvement.
My team owns the Qualtrics platform, and supports other teams in the organization (People Ops, Product, Marketing) with their research projects.

Hi All,
My name is Cameron and I'm an IT Business Analyst at Medtronic, based in Sydney, Australia. I work in the digital marketing and CX space and amongst other things, manage and support the Qualtrics platform in this part of the world.
We're still learning about the platform and how we can best leverage it, but I am excited by the possibilities and am always on the lookout for ways to expand the awareness and utilisation of Qualtrics within our organisation!
I've already learnt a lot from the many amazing members and contributors in the Qualtrics Community and decided that is was high time I joined to contribute in any small way I can.
