@ssarrafYes.It has been working fine.I just have to structure a csv file in a way that each survey taker gets both frequencies and pointer to each survey questions horizontally. Then, this csv file becomes a Contact List (like a input table). After this structure is set up, those inputs (Frequencies and Pointer to each questions) become embedded data.Please see bottom image for reference.Hope this helps.

TomG I am having an issue with logic of Hide does not work if it combines with an OR or multiple ORs.For example, somehow, with bottom condition, it still shows up instead of being hidden.Do you have any idea why?
TomG So, I guess I could write like this, correct?There is no field such as 'hide' in the Contact List (to be used for Embedded Data).

rondev or anybody,What is difference between these two (last activity and start of survey)?So, for instance, we sent out a new survey on 7/1/2020.If I choose, 'start of survey' and a respondent opens up or clicks the link on the survey link on 7/25/2020, he/she can do the survey until 8/25/2020?Thanks in advance.
rondev Thanks for help again!So, if I want to collect during 1 month of period, and send out reminder email every week (4 times), I should change the setting to this?After the setting is changed now, would it work for reminder email to go out for those 5 survey takers or is it too late for this particular survey? (that I have to send out survey individually once again?)
Thanks for your guide.I think this is definitely a good start.What I am trying to do is aggregate the outcome from same question and display the sum in one cell.For example, I would like to display 20 in one cell.I am not sure which option would work?I don't think Formula nor Combine would work because it requires two separate fields.Then, are we using Bucketing?

rondev - Basically, I am trying to have a surveyor (subordinate) completes the survey and then a manager goes in to the survey and sees the answer that subordinate answered and updates the answer if necessary (manager has to see the result on the survey). I realized that the 'multiple completes' accomplishes somehow by having one to update data later again, but it does not give other person (manager) to update on the same question (other than seeing the different response history from exporting the survey result).Is there any solution?
TomG Thanks for your feedback.When you refer to "via invitation", are you referring to regular Emails options such as "Individual" or "Multiple Completes"?Regards to "It can create a new contact for a non-authenticated contact.."When we export the output of the survey, do we have a separate report from the original Contact List and the newly generated file (a new contact) and.. how is the outcome look like (what type of information does a new contact have)?
So, I guess what I am trying to do is find a way to update Display Logic based on whether somebody answered/not answered some questions on one survey.Right now, I have two subordinates who are supposed to answer Question 1 and Question 2 separately. Manager of those two subordinates wants to go to the same survey and complete the question (either 1 or 2) that is not answered.Manager has Display logic of both Question 1 and Question 2. We want manager to see only unanswered question. Is it possible?
So, I am trying to test the second scenario.How do you make it to see the unanswered question?

Create a ED with same name in the survey. Now either in email trigger or email action, just pipe in this ED(managerEmail) along with respondent email in the "To" textbox, comma separated.There seems to be only one option (Send An Email On Survey Complete) in Email Trigger.

Hi Thomas,Thanks for helping me again.For my survey, having separate Contact Lists for different Frequencies (Yearly, Monthly etc.) makes sense because there would be duplicate rows of data with same email address if we use one Contact List for all frequencies.Regards to using RecipientFirstName and RecipientLastName, I am stuck here.My logic is bringing in RecipientFirstName & RecipientLastName, but how do I go about doing it?The weird thing is, I do not see RecipientFirstName & RecipientLastName from the Embedded Data choices (it only shows extra columns of data beside default columns of FName, LName and Email address).BTW, does the Survey Flow logic makes sense?Thanks.Justin
