I got several responses from last survey showing as "anonymous", and I am curious whether these are spams.
I am attaching image on the bottom.
How do I prevent getting these types of issue in the future?
Is there any security setting that I could check?

In Survey Options select "By Invitation Only."

What does "By Invitation Only" do? Would it block any regular process (email survey)?

+27If you allow anonymous, anyone with the survey link can take the survey. If you set your survey to "By Invitation Only" they have to use a personal link (email invite or generated personal link) to take the survey.
