Hello community,
How do we cc: manager's email, when survey email goes out, not when survey is completed?

Hi Justin_Doh,
There's really no way to do that if you're using unique survey links for each respondent. Qualtrics (and every other online survey platform I've used) only allow one email (and email invitation) per respondent link.
As a workaround, you could send out your survey to the primary distribution list, download the distribution history, and use the survey links in a second message that you could send to managers as a fake "cc" message.
