This would be hugely helpful. :/
I have a similar question. I have an "Allow multiple answers" multiple choice question that lets people select A, B, or both. So three answers are possible: "A", "B", and "A,B". In my visualizations I want to lump responses into two groups, group 1 = "A" or "A,B" and group 2 = "B." Is there a way to create an embedded data field that uses logical operators on answers?
Like jcox3 I could not make this work with the suggested CSS, but TomG's javascript solution on this thread did work for me: https://community.qualtrics.com/XMcommunity/discussion/4229/customize-grid-line-values-for-slider-type-questions
https://community.qualtrics.com/XMcommunity/discussion/comment/34605#Comment_34605Yes--is there a way to suppress automatic re-indexing? I'm adding a bunch of bucketed variables (yes, I made some mistakes in designing the survey) and the automatic re-indexing for every single one takes up a lot of time.
Thanks jmborzick. I realized I could be sneaky and do it with less work by setting up the question as a matrix table with my choices as scale points and the criteria as statements and then transposing the table.
