Adrienne,I am interested in the same functionality.Did you ever find a solution? Scott
Thanks for responding Virginia.I think I solved the problem by simply converting from Matrix to Multiple Choice Question Types and then resetting the recode values to sequential. It looks like I am now getting the visualizations that I was expecting.Scott
I have this same issue - Sarka, did you get an answer?
Isabel, thank you for sharing this example. I learned a few things from watching it. However, I think my scenario is a little different and perhaps more complicated.Using the example in the video, my objective would be to calculate the running mean value for each of three questions separately. IOW, I want to monitor the mean value of CSAT1, CSAT2 & CSAT3 individually and update the value for each new response until the survey closes. When the survey closes, I want the question with the highest mean value to be captured (embedded data?), carried forward and referenced in the next survey. The mean that is in the standard report is exactly what I want, but I'm not sure how to call that value from another survey.I'm thinking that I may need to create embedded variables and perform some math operations in the survey flow?I appreciate any additional advice.Scott
Thank you Matthew ... that is what I assumed.Scott
The report I want to trigger is a standard, one page statistics table from the reports tab.Could you please provide a screen shot showing the survey distribution task option? Thanks
Ahmed - can you elaborate a bit more please? In my situation, I am able to establish the quota conditions just fine, but I do not see the action items I need. My problem seems to have more to do with the quota action options. I do not see any more quota action options within Advanced Quota when reading the support pages than are already available to me which are:End current surveyPrevent all new surveysDo not display a question/blockTrigger web serviceNon (skip logic/survey flow)What I want to do when quota conditions are met is:Send report to respondentsTrigger next sequential surveyThanks,Scott
