Date format in CSV that comes from a Scheduled Report Email are unchangeable.

Sorry, this may be a stupid suggestion, but could you create a new embedded data field with the date in the format you need...? You may need to use a bit of javascript to get the date in the required format...we use this to get today's date: var date = new Date(); var d = date.getDate(); var m = date.getMonth() + 1; var y = date.getFullYear(); var today = (d <= 9 ? '0' + d : d) + ' ' + (m <= 9 ? '0' + m : m) + ' ' + y; Qualtrics.SurveyEngine.setEmbeddedData("today", today); Presumably this field would then be in the correct format, and would be exported in the csv file as such. Your users would just need to then use these columns to calculate duration....? Hope that might be of use.

What is the best question type to use in this situation?

Could you use a map (image) with the 'hot-spot'/heat map type of question? Alternatively, could you ask a first question about what continents they have visited, and then ask individual follow up questions for which countries they have visited in each continent..? This would at least reduce the number of countries they need to select at each question. You could even break it up a bit more using the drill-down question format - e.g. have East Africa, West Africa, Sub-Saharan Africa, etc, and then only the relevant companies will show up... Hope some of those ideas help...? John

We managed to work a solution using your idea of adding query links to the end of the Parental Consent anonymous link URL. Now the only issue we are having is how to 'unsubscribe' our under 18s from the 'awaiting parental consent' mailing list once we have receive parental consent..... We'll keep plugging away!. Exporting Coded Verbatim Responses (Topics)

Best Tip/Trick for Qualtrics Qubie?

Think about any groupings of data that you may need at the analysis stage (e.g. grouping an age variable etc., or combining responses from multiple questions to group respondents) and build these into the survey flow as embedded data. Qualtrics works much better with this kind of embedded data than fields created in the data later.... and its best practice to think about your analysis before you send your survey out!

What do the residual and Q-Q plots show?

Hi Goldie. I don't have a lot of experience yet in StatsiQ, but do have some understanding of regression. Looking at the outputs it looks like you get: Predicted v Actual - this just shows how well the regression equation actually predicts the values you have in your data. here you're ideally looking for your data points to be closely clustered around a straight line (sloping up or down depending on the relationship). Residuals - this shows the predicted value (based on the regression equation) on the X axis, and the residuals on the Y axis. The residuals are essentially the difference between the predicted value and the actual value (i.e. the 'error' in your predicted value) . Essentially when you look at this plot, you want the points to be in a pretty 'random' cloud pattern - ideally clustered close to the zero line (i.e. smaller residuals). What you don't want is any clear pattern where the residuals either increase/decrease in line with your predicted value. Or any pa
