I want to limit the visit reason to a set number: e.g. Office visits /100 Outpatient /100 Inpatient /100 Emergency /100 But since the original question is a multiple select, it has to be randomized to select one of the quotas and set it in the survey.
@enginbumbacher this is probably OK out of the box, but if you want to make any changes to the JS code or how the thumbnail placement behaves, it will get challenging :-) You should not have a problem with the div classes being set in JS, that is just to define the names that will go into your CSS file and how they would behave. Another thing you can try is simply to run your survey, but create a new tag called "2018 results" under the Data & Analysis > Data screen. You can do this by hovering over a column header and the "+" will show up. Then add a new variable, and mark it as a tag in the drop down. Then when you go to analyze the data, you should be able to filter the data by the tag that you have set up.
This is a very broad question, but it depends on how you are getting to that NPS result. Is it in a regular survey sent out to customers, or is it in an intercept on a website? Often times when it is an intercept, the data will be skewed because more often than not, you will get more detractors answering the survey when they are angry than in other places. In your case though, I would take all of the Promoter answers and look closely at the open ends in your data for that group and try to find trends in what your company is doing well. Do the same for Detractors, and see what they are saying needs improvement. Some things that users say are not always easy to interpret, so try to come up with some categories that are measurable. For example, you can say Customer wants to "Reduce time to do X", but the findings from the qualitative should be as close to measurable and actionable as possible.
@Priyanka_jain OK so let's say you have n=500 total. You want to show each person 3 concepts, which ends up being about 250 per concept. At the end of the survey, you want to ask each person "of the 3 concepts that you saw, which one did you prefer the most?" How would you go about analyzing that data? In this case, there would be 20 total combinations of concepts. Is there a simple way to analyze the preference data so that you can say "X concept was preferred the most?"

OK so I guess what I could do is: Set up study to randomize questions, and then assign 3. What is a likely sample size for such an effort, where I can still segment by demographic information? I'm trying to figure out what is the best way to identify the sample size.
One issue I have found with this is that do you get any statistical effect where because the group ABC has not seen designs DEF, can you directly compare soft metrics for all? For example, let's say you have a metric such as: "This concept is appealing" and there are different responses for all 6 concepts. Can you truly say that "A" was rated statistically more appealing than "F"?
@bansalpeeyush29 so that part makes sense, I was more asking about whether or not it makes sense to only do ABC vs. DEF so that it is statistically valid.
OK wait...I figured it out: so to be able to add the JS to the header, you have to access the HTML editor in the header. It works pretty well.
So Tom I put the CSS in the add Custom CSS area. The Headers and Footers are a Text Box, so are you saying to add the JS file in the Custom CSS or somewhere else?
I'm bumping this up because I noticed that you can put the Lightbox script within a question. Is there a simpler way to do this rather than putting the JS for Lightbox in every single question where you expect to have the thumbnail show?
