You can add this CSS into the Look & Feel (adjusting the last number in padding for the amount of space you want): .Skin .QuestionText { padding: 0 0 0px; }
Could also be that not every respondent answered every question in the survey or recent responses sometimes take a little time to update on the widget.
@Dax Target Audience has more features. For example, a master directory, global opt-out ability, ability to set rules on contact frequency, incentive management, automatic deduplication, and better tracking stats. It's basically a better more built out version of the distribution in Research Core!
Here's a rough draft of what I have so far. I'm trying to link to Qualtrics support pages instead of taking screenshots because Qualtrics changes and I don't want it to be outdated. Let me know if anyone has any suggestions or comments! Qualtrics Longitudinal Study Documentation 1. Create a contact list Option 1: Assign embedded data variable in contact list (if known prior to survey) 2. Create survey Option 2: Assign embedded data value in the survey flow (if based off of a survey question) 3. Create a contact list trigger Be sure to assign embedded data in the contact list trigger using piped text from a survey question or survey flow 4. Distribute survey to contact list Options for longitudinal aspect 1. Create multiple surveys for each time point (can copy surveys) Change name of embedded data fields in new surveys (in survey flow and contact list trigger) to ensure embedded from first survey is not o
You can use branch logic to assign embedded data in the survey flow to state the correct team to assign the ticket to. Then, when creating a new ticket task, select to add data to the ticket. Type out Q_TicketTeam in the Ticket Data field. Click Add data to this ticket. Type out Q_TicketOwner in the field. Click Set Value and select Embedded Data Field. Then, type out the embedded data field name from the survey flow.
You can use this code on the last question of the page: Qualtrics.SurveyEngine.addOnload(function() { var that = this; this.questionclick = function(event,element){ if (element.type == 'radio') { that.clickNextButton(); } } });
Thanks @lillianc that's great. @VirginiaUKY, we utilize longitudinal studies a lot here, and one of the key use cases is to follow up with alumni at different time points. We do something similar to what Lillian described above. Students often use longitudinal studies for projects as well, and the process for longitudinal studies is a question we often receive. I am trying to write some documentation to help with the process, but I'm having some trouble making something that everybody can use because there are different best methods to create a longitudinal study depending on various factors.
You can create timing questions for every question in the block. Then, in Block Options - Question Randomization, choose Advanced Randomization. Keep the timing questions in the Fixed Order Display and move questions into Randomize Question Box. Then, set Questions per page to 2.
@Goldie I don't know how to do that! But, I'm guessing you might have some insight on that :)
Sure is! Easiest way is to change question type, using Qualtrics library at the bottom. Choose Qualtrics Library - Survey Library - Demographics - Calendar & Date Questions. Choose the second question in the list: "Enter a date:", and import. Even though it looks like a text entry question from the design screen, there is code in there so when you preview and take the survey, it shows up as a calendar!
