Hi @Sachin Nandikol Thank you for clarifying. Now I see that filters are not available within the Text iQ section of the dashboard. I’ll create a Text iQ widgets in dashboard instead. Thank you so much for your kind support. Much appreciated.Miho
Hi @Sachin Nandikol I’ve added a new field as advised, but I still cannot see filter function in Text iQ section in the dashboard… Please find below the screenshot of Text iQ section. Could you please let me know how I could use the filter function? Thank you for your support in advance.Miho
Hi @Sachin Nandikol , thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, filter works on dashboard pages but not on Text iQ on dashboard…Miho
Hi @Sachin Nandikol , thank you for your reply. Please find below I assume that I had set up my workflow correctly but it does not work as intended..I know that this function does not work for open ended question (free text comment) as you suggested, but at least for closed question (survey respondent select predefined answer options), the response should be displayed in English.. Hello again,I have solved the issue in a soft of tricky way. It was just like this:Go to “Look and Feel” menu > General, then set “Submit” as the Next Button Text. Back to “Survey Builder” menu Click the three dots at the upper left corner of every block. Then on the left hand side of the screen click “Next/Previous button text” and enter the text “Next” for Next Button Text. Then, the Next Button Text I have set in Look and Feel menu (Submit) only applies to the End Of Survey Block 😀
Hi ooolomod,Thanks a lot for your response. However it was not really what I was looking for. As mentioned, I’ve customized the “End Of Survey block” in survey flow tab (not in survey builder), then turned on “Show Response Summary before completing the survey” option.By doing this, “next” button is displayed at the bottom of the response summary screen to complete and submit the survey response. I have no idea how to change the text of this button from “Next” to “Submit”.Do you happen to know how to edit the text? I would very much appreciate your advice!
Although I didn’t make any changes, the issue has been solved and now search with opt-in status works. Meanwhile I learned that the same behavior occurred in a different list and directory in our company but now the issue is solved there as well - it seems to be a general and temporary issue.
Hi @krbhavya ,Thank you for your response. I do not think that incorrect status data setting was the reason for the following reasons:When I try to filter opted-in contacts, the number of contacts changes accordingly. It suggests that the system recognizes opt-in status of each contact. I haven’t made any changes with contact attributes since the last time I updated the mailing list,Or has there been any changes in contact data structure in Qualtrics side?
