gtroiani Good question! You'll want to update the id name of each of the buttons and audio files that you are using, as well as the JavaScript. So, for example, in the HTML for each question I would put: For question 1: Button 1For question 2: Button 2THEN, anything in your JavaScript that refers to "audiobutton#" or "audiofile#", you'll want to switch to the appropriate button id and audio id. For example, in some of the JS code, you would switch "audiobutton1" to "audiobutton2" for question2. ADDITIONALLY, you'll want to modify some of the JS variable and function names so that they are exclusive to each question; this is so that code in one question does not interfere with other questions. So, for example, instead of "function playAudio()", you'll want to call them "function playAudio1()", "function playAudio2()", etc. for each question. Hi Daniel, You can do this by creating a custom contact list in Qualtrics for all of your participants, which would include their participant ID, maybe a passcode, and then the name of their song. For example, it might look something like this before you import it into an actual Qualtrics Contact list: Of note, you need to ensure that your participant ID is related the "ExternalDataReference" variable. Once you have imported your contact list, you can set up an authenticator element at the top of your survey flow-- participants login to the survey using their participant ID (and password too, if you want):Then, directly under the authenticator, set up an embedded data field by selecting "Add a New Element Here" and then "Embedded Data": From there, go to the "Add from Contacts" option at the bottom right of the embedded data element and select your contact list from that menu. Then select "Song" and hit "Ok": Then, information should pop into the embedded data field in the survey flow
Looks like the test data was successfully generated! All I would recommend you do now is download your data and ensure there is approximately an equal number of "test" folks assigned to each event for the Location, Person, and Object variable (unless equal assignment is unimportant to you). For example, seeing that there is an approximately equal number of folks who were selected for Event #1, #2, #3, #4, and #5 for the Location variable (and then doing the same for the Person embedded data variable and the Object embedded data variable).
Unfortunately, there's not necessarily an easy way for you to do this. This "easiest" way I can think to do this without involving any JavaScript involves a rather lengthy set up (requires 15 branches to set up in the survey flow), but again, this requires no JS programming. The logic has a tree structure. Important note before I get started...the numbers that each embedded data field below are equal to are related to each of the 5 events. So, for example, Location = 1 refers to Location of Event #1. All of this logic in the survey flow should be placed after the block where folks recall their events, and before the block where you bring up the random location, person, and object again. If you don't have these things in separate question blocks, you will need to split them into separate question blocks. Hi there, To do this, you can go into "Display Logic" for the question you only want to show on the first round. In the Display Logic menu, select "Loop & Merge" from the first drop down, then select "1: ..." then is "Current Loop". To follow up on ahmedA's questions, how are you recruiting your respondents and how do you plan on keeping track of your respondents? Depending on your response, I'm thinking that uploading a contact list after your first survey that includes 1) the participant's ID and 2) which survey graphic they saw (i.e. which condition they were in) in the previous survey would be the easiest. You can tie the information from the contact list (including which graphic they saw) to your new survey and use that information to "branch" participants to the graphic they haven't seen yet. Try taking the link in the "href" within the photo that you took above and putting that URL in the "External CSS". You can still use the External CSS for CSS in Qualtrics libraries, as long as you have the link. Something I forgot to add-- you'll also want to be sure that you have the "Blank (for styling)" Theme selected to ensure that your CSS shows up properly and is not conflicting with the CSS on other themes. You can also get the URL for any file in your library by clicking on the file, selecting "View", and copying the URL of the webpage it brings you to.

Yes, this should be possible using embedded data & query string parameter within your forwarding URL. Within your survey flow, add an Embedded Data element. Then, add an element called "ID" (or whatever name you want). You will need to set this ID to whatever unique number/ID that you would like to give to a given participant. If you don't have a way to do this yet, the easiest thing to do would probably be to use the Qualtrics response ID, as that is guaranteed to be unique to each respondent. Setting up the embedded data element in your survey flow would look like this: Next, you will need to set up a survey redirect link to the site that you would like your participants to land on. In your survey flow, add an "End of Survey" element at the end of your survey and click on "Customize". Within this menu, add your forwarding URL by selecting "Override Survey Options", "Redirect to a URL". At the end of your URL you input into this field, you will need to append "?ID=${e://Field/Response

You can publish again, but use the same link. Note that folks who are currently in the survey when you publish it will still see the old version. After you publish, any NEW respondents, who have not yet clicked on the link, will see the new version of the published survey. If you have force response, there should be a response unless the participants left off at that option or if the question is a part of a skip/display logic scheme you have going on. This also might be a question more for Qualtrics support since they would be able to to look into your account.
