  1. If I edit the survey after it was already published & distributed, do I need to publish again & send a different link out? Or can we still copy/paste the original link?

  2. A few of my questions in the survey are marked as a "force response"...however, I am seeing in Data& Analytics that some of these questions are not being answered.... is this a glitch?

You can publish again, but use the same link. Note that folks who are currently in the survey when you publish it will still see the old version. After you publish, any NEW respondents, who have not yet clicked on the link, will see the new version of the published survey.
If you have force response, there should be a response unless the participants left off at that option or if the question is a part of a skip/display logic scheme you have going on. This also might be a question more for Qualtrics support since they would be able to to look into your account.
