"Yes"??? This is so not helpful! The previous functionality was far better for users. Dashboard real estate is so precious and limited -- please don't waste it by burying valuable information under unnecessary clicks or taps. Please return to the previous hover functionality!
I really don't like the new Support changes. The popup window just spins and spins and doesn't give me the needed support. I have to jump through several more hoops to get to an actual support page. Please roll this back!
Our corporate users in China have reported severe latency with Qualtrics, both in administering surveys and responding. Qualtrics has traced the problem, but says the issue is between the end user and the CDN provider, not between Qualtrics and the CDN. A quick Google search brings up articles describing potential solutions, mainly involving a China based CDN, but Qualtrics does not seem to be interested in solving the problem.
That's great for one survey, but does not work if you need to set up a footer as part of the theme.
My recommendation is to use JavaScript in your first survey so that when someone completes the survey and answers "X" a cookie is created, perhaps containing the Response ID of the completed survey. Later, as the user again browses your site, the Web Feedback Intercept can evaluate whether the cookie exists and display the second creative accordingly.
