Hello jfaus,I'm not sure if this will help, but the way to create an eos message in the survey flow editor for me worked as follows:1. add a new element in the flow:2. Choose "End of Survey":3. Choose "Customise":4. Select "Override Survey Options" and "Custom end of survey message..." And in the dropdown select the library where to save it and "New message" (at the very bottom). Hope this helps? Still, I did not resolve the issue with translations and have not tried the JavaScript approach.

Thanks again, that's what I'm currently doing as an embedded data field. However, I was wondering if there is a more Qualtrics-like way such that it is, e.g., not necessary to manually update N if the number of questions changes. I guess it does not exist but maybe it could make a nice new feature.

Hello ckraemer , where are you creating the new end-of-survey message? In the suvey flow editor or in the message library?I had a similar problem and it worked for me when I created the end-of-survey message (including the embedded data) from within the survey flow editor. It did not work if I included the embedded data in a new end-of-survey message in the message library. However, I still have the issue that if I later add a translation of the new eos message (created in survey flow, but translation added in message library), the embedded data only show up in the original language, not in the translation. I'll update this post if I find a solution to this problem.

However, for the custom report, I find only the option to download as MS Word or jpeg:Is there a way to download images from custom reports as png? There is always the workaround to use the results report, but if I have already formatted the full custom report, it does not make sense to go through it again. Thanks!

I then fill an embedded data field in that branch. This ED field can then be piped into the e-mail (e.g., in an e-mail task or in a thank-you e-mail). However, this method has other issues such as formatting (cf. https://www.qualtrics.com/community/discussion/10822/personalized-e-mail-how-to-format-embedded-field#latest).

@MsIreen That's what I did so far. In fact, we have a campaign running where people sign up over more than a month, so we had one or two new lists every day. However, I find it rather cumbersome for sending reminders if you have to go through all the 30 odd lists and define reminders for each one of them. That's the reason why I'd prefer one single list that gets updated daily. Hello @ClairJ, thanks for the answer. Do you know if there is a way that Qualtrics automatically recognises the newly added contacts? If it is a long list, selecting the new contacts by hand is not optimal. Ideally, I imagine the process as follows: Create contact list - send out invitations to the list - add new contacts to list - send out invitations to list again but Qualtrics only sends to new contacts. I guess it would make sense if there were an option to select "send only to new contacts". Thanks!
