Hi Qualtrics Community!My team and I are looking to start a follow-up online survey using Qualtrics and would like to provide respondents with compensation (in the form of e-gift cards) for completion of the survey. We are looking to provide each participant (n=700+) with one gift card each at the end of the survey, to ensure participants' information/responses are anonymized, and to minimize the possibility for respondents to complete the survey multiple times to collect additional gift cards. I was wondering if anyone has any experience with adding gift card compensation to their survey without the use of Tango Card Incentive integration? If anyone has done this before and can provide a detailed process of how to complete this or is able to provide any helpful tips, it would be greatly appreciated!Thank you for all the help in advance!
I have a survey where a student fills out the survey and then the professor gets a retake link to verify and sign at the bottom. I have an action set up that's an email task upon survey submission (NOT survey updated) so that when the student submits the survey, the re-take links gets emailed to the professor.I followed these steps from the documentation, including the action email task, and it all works. https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/data-and-analysis-module/retake-survey-link/However, once the professor retakes the survey and hits submit at the bottom, Qualtrics is counting this as a new survey response and it gets emailed once again to the professor. We need to create some surveys as paper surveys and would like to be able to take the questions from some of the COVID-19 solutions out of qualtrics to do this. Is this possible and allowed?
We have a file upload question requesting video and are expecting ~1,000 responses. According to the Qualtrics documentation, the limit on a single upload is 100MB. But is there a total limit to storage for my survey or account? How many 100MB responses can I receive before people start getting a message like "storage full" when they try to upload something? Is storage done on an account basis or on a brand basis, so all upload storage is shared across the brands?
