Is there an option for respondent to trigger a mail directly to someone else?

Hi everyone,
I am new here and just wanted to understand if there's a way for a respondent to forward a single question to someone else?

Hard to understand without a concrete use case. As a brainstorm...
Maybe in your survey, you could have a question: "Enter the email address you'd like to forward a question to".
Then you could have a question: "Which previous question would you like to email to that person?" with a list of the questions/answers. In survey flow, set some embedded data to hold the question that should be forwarded along.
Then you could set up an Action with Email Task, where the email To field is piped text of the email address question, and the text box in the email can use piped text to get the embedded data.
