We need to create some surveys as paper surveys and would like to be able to take the questions from some of the COVID-19 solutions out of qualtrics to do this. Is this possible and allowed?

I don't know specifically about the COVID-19 solutions, but if you have a survey, you can use Print under Tools to print it or save it as a PDF. See the documentation page: https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/survey-module/survey-tools/print-survey/I hope you aren't required to print too many paper surveys; trees are precious!
