I need to calculate the average standard deviation across multiple standard deviations created in dashboard widgets. However, standard deviation appears to be the only metric available at a field level in a number chart widget in a dashboard that is NOT available in the custom metric feature. Can anyone advise me if I am missing something or if there is a workaround?I have consulted the tech support line and submitted a product request. Thanks
Is anyone aware of options for conditional formatting of bar charts within reports? I am looking for the features typically found in Excel.I have a rather lengthy, standardized (templated) report that includes probably 100 or so bar charts from multiple survey projects and questions. The bar charts all reference mean value as the metric.I create unique published report links based on the "Company Name" data attribute. I then share these links in automated work flows so that respondents within the company can view real-time update results every time that response is submitted. There are two manual updates to the master template that I need to make currently for each new company public link which I set up, which are time consuming. The first is sort the bars from left (highest) to right (lowest) mean values. The second is to color the bars based on their relative mean values. The Report global visualization settings are not granular enough.Any suggestions are appreciated!
I have deselected the recode setting for all of my questions, but report statistics still reflect the recode values that are greyed out.I have tried resetting recode values in the tools, but that does not seem to do anything. I just want to capture choice counts without any values. Thanks,Scott
I want to carry forward or pipe the highest average selected response to a question from Survey 1 across all respondents into a follow up Survey 2. This would be triggered by Survey 1 closing as a result of either elapsed time or quota achievement, whichever is first.
RSD (mean/stdev) is important to my analysis. I use it to measure the overall respondent population alignment around the answer choices in a survey. Is there a way to have qualtrics generate this automatically? I have investigated survey flow embedded data and creating new fields, but no luck so far.Currently, I am downloading the survey results and calculating it in Excel. Thanks,Scott
I want to automatically create an XM Directory list based on a task triggered by an action (survey response). The task should create a new list, name it and populate default fields and additional embedded fields based on responses captured in the survey. This does not appear possible based on the XM Directory Tasks. Is there another way?
I would like to automatically distribute a standard report to all respondents once a series of quota conditions have been met.I would also like to automatically trigger the distribution of a new survey once a series of quota conditions have been met.It looks like there is a finite, limited number of tasks that can be triggered within the Actions Function.Any suggestions?
