Hello Community,I am looking to see if there is a way to setup a warning email at a specified date before survey closure (let's say 10 days before schedule survey closure). I am trying to do this automatically once the date goes to that 10 day period before survey closure. I had set it up using a survey question within survey that populates the date and then triggering via workflow however, this way requires someone to respond to a survey. What if there are no responses within that 10 day period before survey closure?Any ideas?
Hi All,I had setup an advanced process using multiple surveys. In this one survey, I am having some challenges exporting the data to display the results because Qualtrics is not capable to have an export that would have all the data needed for the teams to follow up on the project survey data. We need an export that would provide them not only embedded data but also some key survey results in addition to the survey links for participants that had not responded yet. Only way we can accomplish this from my observation now is by running the "Distribution History" export and then linking the data through the "Contact ID" to the main directory list because on the directory list, we can choose specific embedded data. Well, we did not realize this fact until now that we 15 different directory lists at this point so doing it for all separate lists would be too much. Now wondering 2 options:Is there a way to merge all directory lists into one?Am I missing something on the data and analysis expo
Hi,Is there an easy way to find out who the owner of a survey is? I tried looking around in different areas of a survey and can't find the owner. There has got to be a way right?
Hi All,We create a lot of different surveys have quite a bit of customization to adapt to our daily needs. So one thing I was hoping to build out is a way to get a participant within the directory to get their "Opt Out" status set based on them answering "No" to a question.I tried looking into actions, branching, and others and I cannot seem to find a way. Any ideas how else I can be able to accomplish an opt out status based on a participant answering "No" to a answer?
Hi All,I am new to Qualtrics and figuring things out as I go by practice or finding my answers here. This one I cannot find out but I want to create an email trigger on a survey in which it will be able to be tracked...So for those who received an email trigger, I want to have a report or a question embedded or something similar in which it is able to tell me the set of survey responders which received this particular email trigger. Is there a way to do this in Qualtrics?
