Hi, Is there a css or java code that will hide the scroll bar at the side of the survey box? More specifically for creatives? I know this was raised before in the discussion below, however, we don't have any flexibility to do any CSS coding within the website itself as it was built by a third party. Here's the discussion: https://www.qualtrics.com/community/discussion/comment/1939#Comment_1939 So I'm wondering if there's any workaround this? !
Hi, I've been pulling out survey responses using Qualtrics's API function. However, I seem to be getting the responses as numeric values instead of choice text and this creates a difficult in automating this process. I've tried using the useLabel = false in the API call but it still seems to default to the numeric values. Are there any thing other parameters that I should put in place to get the responses as choice text? I'm currently using both Legacy Create Response Export and Legacy Get Response Export File. The new Get Response Export function doesn't seem to work at my end. I'm really struggling with this and hope someone could assist.
Hi, I'm trying to embed the below into an email we are sending out using Adobe Analytics platform and was hoping that someone could help me with it i.e what code will i need to use? I know that we can get the code from the source button in the Compose Email function in Qualtrics, but not too sure if it will work as the link is masked. !
Hi, I'm having some issues with the site intercept that is currently not deploying on my mobile phone even though it's working perfectly fine on my web browser. Both browsers are Google Chrome. I've also enabled pop ups and clear my cookies. Anyone having the same issue?
HI, I'd like to know how to embed a link into an image. We've got a logo of our company that I would like our customers to click on the logo to bring them to our main website. I know we can upload logo or images but I can't seem to figure out how to put a link onto that image. Could I please get some assistance on this? Thank you. Kind regards Emily
Hi, Could someone tell me where to obtain the list in csv format of which question in the survey that participants drops off? I know you can view this in the survey under the partial complete responses tab, however, when I download the csv file, it doesn't have that last activity column or percentage completion rate. It would be really good to understand which question in the survey are the participants dropping off so we could adjust the questions to get more responses. Thank you!
I want to remove the next button and replace it with the answers as the next button instead. Essentially, when a customer answers the survey on our website, they'll only need to click on the answers instead of clicking the answer and next button to bring you to the next question. I've tried hiding the next button on Advanced CSS but the answers won't be captured due to disabling the next button. I've also tried the javascript below but i didn't want my customers who are answering the questions to be waiting for 5 seconds for every single answer. Qualtrics.SurveyEngine.addOnReady(function() { var that = this; var allowedTime = 5 //Set this to the time allowed on page setTimeout(function(){ console.log('Now!!'); that.clickNextButton(); }, allowedTime * 1000 ); }); Can someone help me? I don't have any Javascript background and have called the support team in Qualtrics but no one have got a solution to it.
