Hi, I am hoping to integrate a vertical heading in the Likert scale within the side-by-side question. I am informed that I would be required to use a JavaScript code and wondering whether anyone would be able to help me out with this. Thank you!
Hi, I want to include 2 features for my slider: (1) commas to separate the thousands, and (2) labels below the slider. Thanks to this wonderful community, I was able to gather the following JavaScript codes below. However, I can only get either - but not both - to work (i.e, labels below, without comma; or commas, labels on top). Would anyone be able to advise? Is there a way in which I can "integrate" the two codes to make sure that both of them work simultaneously?Thank you very much for your help!---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------labels below the sliderQualtrics.SurveyEngine.addOnReady(function(){ var labels = jQuery("#"+this.questionId+" ul.labels"); labels.insertAfter("div.slider-container"); });commas for 1,000Qualtrics.SurveyEngine.addOnReady(function(){ var s=["110,000","115,000","120,000","125,000","130,000", "135,000", "140,000"]; for(var i=0;i
Hello! I am doing a two-part study and would like to ensure that participants only complete the second part of my study one week after the first part of the study. Because I am using online crowdsourcing platform, it is likely that my participants will complete the first part of my study at different times. Is there any way in which I can program the second part of my study such that each participant can only complete the second part of the study at least one week after they have completed the first part? Thank you! Estha
Hello, I would like to reduce the spacing between two different questions in my survey. ! I have attempted to use the following CSS codes, but couldn't seem to remove any of the spacing: <style> .Skin .Separator { margin:0px 0px; } .Skin .QuestionText{ padding-top:5px; } .Skin .QuestionBody{ padding-bottom:0px; } <style> Would anyone be able to help? Thank you!
Hi, I recently discovered that my PDF reader has not been able to read the survey responses that I have exported from Qualtrics (see screenshot attached). I have attempted to download the survey in both the Mac and Windows operating system - the issue persisted. I have also attempted to download the survey using Google Chrome and Safari - again, the issue persisted. I am at loss as to how I can resolve this issue as I have been able to successfully export my survey responses without any issues. Any advice will be very much appreciated! Thank you!
Hello! I am currently running a study that will allow participants to skip questions that they do not wish to answer, and then tie their payment to the % of the survey that the participants have actually completed. I would like to display this completion % at the very end of the survey so that participants can understand the basis of their payment. For example, when participants complete 10 out of 20 questions, they get 50% completion rate, and then they will earn 50% of their payment) Is there a way for me to automate this within Qualtrics? I know the existence of the progress bar; but I think the metric that I am hoping to capture is slightly different. Thank you!
Hello, I wanted to produce the following in my survey: ! and @Shashi has been really kind in providing me with the CSS code for this, which was: ul.numbers li::after { content:",000"; } ul.numbers li:nth-child(4):after { content:""; } The code worked (with mobile-friendly option box ticked): ! However, the choice label was placed below all the response options. Wonder whether anyone be able to please explain: (1) how to place the choice label (i.e., "adjustment") in line with the response options and (2) why the code will only work for the mobile-friendly option (i.e., why the ",000" disappeared when it was unticked)? Thank you very much in advance!
Hello, I am hoping to create the following slider, but realized that Qualtrics do not actually allow for the integration of ,000 to the values of the slider. ! There was a similar thread about this, and I was able to get the ,000 on all the values with the css code provided: <style> ul.numbers li::after { content:",000"; } </style> however, I am wondering whether there is a workaround (to the css code above, or a new code altogether) that will allow me to display the mid-point as 0; instead of 0,000? Thank you!
Hello, Would anyone be able to suggest a way of moving the position of the response label from beside the radio button (as below) to above it? ! Thank you!
Hello, I am hoping to use the side-by-side question option, and wonder if there is any way in which we can adjust the size of the open-ended text box. Thank you!
