you can change the position from side panel

Select label position as above in properties.
Thank you for the suggestion. I checked. I have chosen the 'above' option, but those labels refused to budge!

I think this issue is related to the theme, can you try applying some other theme. Let me know if it works.
If there is no option of changing the theme then can you please share the survey preview URL? we can look into it
You can create a new survey with a similar question and share the preview URL of it...(this to make sure you are not sharing the original project link).
