Does anyone have custom CSS to reduce the size of the feedback tab? I receive a lot of feedback from respondents saying the feedback tab covers the information people are trying to access. Id like to reduce the size of the tab to mitigate this from happening.
Hello!I’ve created a feedback tab that will appear on all pages of my company’s website. Can anyone confirm if the “Current URL” embedded data field captures the URL a visitor was on when they clicked the feedback tab? The support site says that “Current URL” logs the URL the visitor was on when the intercept appears. I want to associate feedback with the specific URL a visitor is on. Since the feedback tab will appear everywhere, I am not sure it will capture the first page they saw, or the URL the visitor was on when they accessed the feedback tab.
Hi everyone,I’m using a responsive dialogue box to notify web users of and upcoming change to my company’s website. Does anyone know how to reduce the white space in between the logo and the survey? For context, the logo is programmed into the creative, not the survey’s look and feel.I’ve also used custom CSS to centre the ‘next’ button at the bottom of the page. If the solution to reduce the white space also requires custom CSS, will it interfere with the code to centre the button? This is what i used: .Skin #Buttons {text-align: center;padding: 20px;margin-top: 50px;} Thank you!
Hey! Does anyone know how to center the text inside single choice answer buttons? There doesn’t seem to be a away to do this in the look and feel menu. I want it to look like this: Thanks!
Hey!My organization recently launched a web chat service through Genesys. At the end of a conversation, an anonymous survey link is shared with customers to provide their feedback. I am wondering if there is a way to pull operational data from the chat (ie, date, duration, conversation ID, etc) through the survey link to provide the appropriate operational context to the survey responses. Qualtrics’ support told me this would require a custom code solution. Has anyone done this? What steps did you take to set it up?
I want to create an intercept that will appear 10-20 seconds after someone visits my company's website. Upon hitting the "X" I'd like the window to close, but the feedback tab to remain in case they want to come back to the survey later. How do I set this up? Do I use the slider or feedback tab creative for this?
I created an organization library which includes email and end of survey message templates. Is there a way to prevent users from editing the templates? I would like my users to copy the templates and make their edits to the copied version.
