Enable/Disable Text Box using Radio Button on a Side by Side Question

Ive been looking for any solutions and trying javascript , just to enable the text box whenever I tick the corresponding or its partnered radio button inside in a side by side question type.Example scenario: at onload . the text boxes (1 ,2 and 3) are all disabled. That I cant put any characters. To enable the text box, I just need to tick the radio button depends on the number of the radio button. So if I tick the Radio Button 1, this will enable the text box 1 . The 2 and 3 still disabled. vice versa.

Simplifying code using similar to nth child

Hi!Is there a way to simplify my code? I do not want to add the respective code every time it requires. It will be hassle for me. See attached image. As you can see the SBS# is incrementing by 1 while the c# is incrementing by 4Thank you!

Summing total of 100% in a text entry Side by Side Question

Hi everyone,Is it possible to get/limit the value to 100% in text entries in Side by Side Question? See attached picture. On the last column. I want to get and limit the sum of percentages of 4 text entries to 100% on this type of question.

How to Fix characters to automatically adjust if I used Big or Small screens (laptop and external)

Enable/Disable TextEntry or Checkbox depends on Choices in DropDown List in Side by Side Question

From the image above. I want to Enable and Disable the other columns whether it is a TextEntry/Dropdown/RadioButton/Checkbox depends on my answer on the 1st column . For this example using Drop Down List. If I choose "Yes" , other columns will enable but if I choose "No" they will disable. I tried some JavaScript codes. See here below if you think there is some problem with my code.Thank you!

Skip Logic - Skipping Logic by Blocks

Hey!I want to use Skip Logic by skipping any blocks in my Survey. For example , from Block C that has question Yes -No , if I answer NO, then it will skip to Block E or more further Blocks( what ever block I want). so it will skip Block D or any in between blocks.

Clickable Text/Graphic that move/show to a specific question

Hi everyone!I want to create a clickable text/graphic (text/graphic question type) that show or will move to that specific question in the survey. Like an example below. If I click the Letter A from part I , it will move to that question(page 3). Also if I click the letter D in part II. it will move to the question page 22 of the survey for example. using the HREF code will not work because the link of the survey is the same for all questions inside that survey. And I think it is not possible to use the Display Logic on this matter. Correct me if I'm wrong. Thank you

Adding diff. Symbols after/before each text boxes

Hi, Is there a way to add another symbol without affecting/changing the other text boxes within a question? I want to put a Percentage Symbol after the 1st text box, without affecting the 2nd box equipped with dollar sign.
