You can use the below code in HTML.
It will give you a view like this:
Note:
To capture the value of this box in data and analysis I have pushed it in an embedded data"inputbox". Kindly create that in surveyflow.
Also, if you need multiple boxes you need to create separate id's for those boxes and record them in different embedded data. The above solution is only if you have one text entry box.
