Hi!
I just want to fix this problem. If I edit my surveys in a 27inch external monitor it will be this format. 
and when I view it in my 15inch laptop. Ill get this overlapping characters. See images below.

Are you facing this issue just while editing or its in preview mode as well ?
If it's just in editing you can just refresh account or try logging in and out.

I'm editing mostly my surveys using my 27inch external monitor connected to my laptop, so I placed elements/characters using CSS (no issue in preview mode). but when I preview the surveys in my 15inch laptop w/o connecting to the external monitor, all elements are not in placed.

CSS is tricky on different screens. Hence, I would request you use media queries for different screen sizes.
