Hello, is it possible to ensure that Qualtrics reports can be generated in a mobile-friendly format, automatically adjusting to different screen sizes?
Hello,I have two surveys. Survey #1, a consent form, is shared via an anonymous link on our website and includes personally identifiable data (name, email address, phone number). Upon completing Survey #1, participants are directed to Survey #2 through a redirect link, which includes the Survey #1 response ID as embedded data in Survey #2. Additionally, contact list triggers operate post-survey in Survey #1, capturing name, email address, phone number, and Survey #1 response ID. This response ID serves as the data linkage variable. Both surveys enforce a 4-hour response recording time, regardless of completion status.Currently, I manually send retake links for incomplete Survey #2 responses. However, due to the study's scale, I'm seeking an automated solution. I've explored Qualtrics resources and found a potential solution involving email triggers for "Progress < 100," utilizing a specific query string at the end of the anonymous link: "?Q_R=${rm://Field/ResponseID}&Q_R_DEL=1"
We are currently exploring methods to streamline the follow-up process for participants in a large cohort study. The ongoing baseline survey data collection involves the use of anonymous links shared on social media to recruit participants and build our study panel. Our intention is to follow up with participants every 6 months over a 5-year period.Initially, our plan was to send individual follow-up survey links directly to participants' inboxes. However, we are considering the feasibility of implementing a system where participants, recruited during the baseline, would have a personalized login page. This login would utilize the email address they provided during recruitment and a unique Qualtrics-generated password assigned to each participant. We will share that information with them on their first follow up.Once logged in, participants would have access to their initial follow-up survey and a concealed link to the second follow-up survey. The second survey link would only activate
Hello,I have a survey with a 4-hour response recording setting. I'm facing issues with retake links, leading to multiple responses from participants. I have three questions:Why do multiple responses occur when participants open retake links multiple times? Does the 4-hour setting also apply to retake response links? How can I ensure only the most recent response is saved to prevent duplicates?
I just wanted to confirm: does Qualtrics generate a new response ID after participants complete their incomplete survey using their retake link?
Use case:Q1 Do you have any of the following health problems? Yes, NoQ2 You selected 'Yes' for the following health problem(s). Please indicate to what extent they affected your health in the last six months. Not at all, Mild, Moderate, SevereQuestion:Is there a way to prevent the display of a Q2 (which uses the carry-forward statements) if the condition 'Selected Statements for Scale Point: Yes' in Q1 is not met, meaning if the respondent chose 'No' for all options or doesn’t respond to Q1?Problem:Currently, in Qualtrics, Q2 is still shown without any carry-forward statements if the respondent chose 'No' for all options or doesn’t respond to Q1
I am using the instructions on this website to add a date picker and calculate age. The code works fine but after picking the date, I keep seeing the date picker on every following page of the survey after that (attached screenshot). Is there a way to resolve this issue?
The "update existing list members" checkbox is not selected, and the survey is accessible to the public through an anonymous link. Is there a method for Qualtrics to prevent generating a blank record every time a new entry is included in the contact list? I have attached a screenshot for reference.
I have attached a screenshot to better explain what we want. Basically, if the participant selects No then the other side by side matrix should not be shown to them. If there is any other way to go about such questions types, please let us know.
