hi, I have some contextual links within some survey questions. The questions are styled to be buttons.Problem is when selecting the button the blue hyperlink is barely readable against the dark button colour. I would like to change the hyperlink text to white when the button is checked. Changing the hover or active on the link does not change the button styling..Skin label.MultipleAnswer.q-checked, .Skin label.SingleAnswer.q-checked { background: #003b3f; border-color: #000; color: fff;}a:link { color: blue;}/* visited link*/a:visited { color: blue;}/* mouse over link */a:hover { color: blue;}/* selected link */a:active { color: blue;}
Hi, I've been asked by a client to add a link to survey question, which would provide the participant the option to view a error message on website relating to the question.The question sits within a set of multiple choice responses.Is it possible to include a external link within the question, which would open in a new tab. So the participant can tab back to the survey?orIs it possible to include a screenshot attached to the question?It would be ideal to keep this question grouped with the others and not be in a separate question block.
Is there a limit of 5,000 responses that can go into a CSV within scheduled report? I have two surveys with 16,731 and 12,380 responses and my client wants any new responses to be added to the existing amount and then a scheduled report to be generated.I'm not sure of the benefit of seeing all of the responses in a weekly CSV, unless they are using the metrics from them. They also have access to dashboards which display the metrics they require.
Hi Qommunity. Is it possible to generate a scheduled report if certain key words are used within respondents feedback? The website in question is a community forum and my client would like to be notified if certain keywords are used within the feedback. I had suggested generating a daily report based on the keywords they were looking for. The only issue with this is on some or most days the report will still be generated even if there were no responses that fit into the category above.
Hi. I was originally the only administrator for my division but now I have other people under the same division. I want them to see all of the library files I have saved or created. How to I share or give them access?
Hello Qummunity As mentioned in my question I've been asked if it is possible to redirect people to our website whom have clicked on the unsubscribe link within a newsletter. Once there they are given a thankyou for unsubscribing message but also we would like a survey to appear asking why they decided to unsubscribe. Setting up the survey on that page is straightforward but what I would like to know is how can I track which newsletter they came from so we can capture some metrics on unsubscribes. Would I need to be looking at query strings or site referrals? Regards in advance
