Scheduled reporting
+3Hi Qommunity. Is it possible to generate a scheduled report if certain key words are used within respondents feedback? The website in question is a community forum and my client would like to be notified if certain keywords are used within the feedback. I had suggested generating a daily report based on the keywords they were looking for. The only issue with this is on some or most days the report will still be generated even if there were no responses that fit into the category above.

You could use Actions to send an email when a word(s) is used in a response to a question(s). The e-mail could then have the entire response in it.

+3Thanks Matt, I went back into the survey platform and discovered the actions tab. I will set up some test to see if it does the job.
