Adding external links or images to survey questions

Hi, I've been asked by a client to add a link to survey question, which would provide the participant the option to view a error message on website relating to the question.
The question sits within a set of multiple choice responses.
Is it possible to include a external link within the question, which would open in a new tab. So the participant can tab back to the survey?
or
Is it possible to include a screenshot attached to the question?
It would be ideal to keep this question grouped with the others and not be in a separate question block.

    You can do this in the Rich Content Editor of the question:

    Again in the Rich Content Editor, but use "Insert Graphic"
