I am building an internal survey at my company to capture feedback about the technology we use internally. It consists of two questions:A multiple choice question with a dropdown of 50 pieces of tech to choose from (“Which technology solution would you like to provide feedback about?”) A text box question where the survey-taker can give their feedback (“What feedback do you have about this technology solution?”)The problem comes when I try to figure out how to automate dashboard user access based on the response to the first question. For example, if “’Workday” is selected in the first question, then that feedback is visible in a dashboard for John Doe who is in charge of Workday. The only things I read about in Q’s Support pages talk about dashboard user automation based on embedded data only … so is it even possible to automate dashboard user setup based off the response to a certain question?
So I know you can create a Sensitive Data Policy to flag survey responses that provide sensitive information … but what I cannot figure out is how one is notified of flagged responses. Does anyone know?
I am building an always-on survey to be posted on my company’s intranet in which employees can rate any office, department, or team they wish through these questions:Please select the office from the dropdown menu. Please select the department from the dropdown menu. Please select the team from the dropdown menu.Because offices, departments, and teams frequently change, I don't want to have the selections be a static drop-down list.Instead, I would like the drop-down menus for these three questions to dynamically pull in options from the Location, Parent, and Team field (respectively) that are part of the embedded data from our Workday automation. Is this possible?
Hi! I am creating an always-on “suggestion box” of sorts where employees can give suggestions to other employees. For this, I envisioned a question like “Please select the employee from the dropdown menu whom you’d like to give a suggestion to.” The issue: The dropdown options need to be a list of all active users in our Qualtrics instance. How do I get this to work?
Has anyone successfully created a Custom Embedded Feedback survey and posted it on an internal Sharepoint site?
