Horizontal multiple choice (1-10 scale) questions

Hi Team Guru! I struggle to believe, that Qualtrics cannot support horizontal 1-10 multiple choice questions with label options within mobile devices. Hopefully I have just not looked the right place ... Basically I want to have as shown in the attached screenshot: ! My problem is, that Multiple Choice options gets vertical when using from mobile. NPS has the EXACT layout I need, but it does not allow me to edit the options (I need 1-10 and 11th option is "Don't know".) Matrix is not an option as it creates space and movies the option far right. So the 1000 dollar question is, how can I get this multiple choice horizontally on both desktop and mobile just like the NPS? 😃 Do I need to do some coding? If so, any suggestion? This has to be a feature request by the way 😉 Big thanks in advance.

Inline question in library message: Email Invitation

Hi guys! I was told by support, that it is not possible to have inline question when distributing a survey invitation via API. However, I am not 100% sure if that really can be. A) When I am creating the "Email Invitation" in the message library , I can actually choose to embed inline question, but can choose 1 question from one of my many surveys. I need to choose a question from my most recent survey I have created. B) Qualtrics automatically sends feedback emails to us as customers/clients right after a Qualtrics support. I am pretty confident, that they do not do a manual distribution every time :-) Inline question is such a powerful element, if only you have that one question. That is why I am incredibly surprised why I cannot simply add that to a message library (email invitation) which we automatically call via API when we distribute (we choose which message_id to bring into our distribution). Different response weighting year over year

Hi there! Every year we conduct an annual survey satisfaction survey. The responses are weighted based on what country the feedback/user is from. e.g. US: 4,3%, China: 10,3%, Estonia 0,04% etc. I have follow question - and I am seeking some best practice here: A) Would I make the weighting in Vocalize or Data&Analysis? My greatest interest is to automate as much as possible. If D&A, how can I provide the weighting information once and for all? B) In our case, the weighting changes year after year. How can I apply new weighting new year to new responses, without replacing the weighting on old responses from 2018? In all cases, the outcome is that we have a Vocalize dashboard showing the results weighted and I can utilize the country filter (and any other filters) to see weighted results . Currently Vocalize can only weight 1 time per dashboard, meaning that I wont be able to apply new weighting to new responses next year without replacing weightings on old responses... Any

Trigger results containing link and not personal data (GDPR!)

Hello there! To close the feedback loop we trigger an email from the Survey (via "email triggers" feature in the survey ) to send the employee responsible the survey response so he/she can act on it. However, following GDPR's "Right to be forgotten" we cannot send the email trigger with the survey response to an email address if it contains personal data such as name, email, phone number etc. Simply because if someone wants to apply the "right to be forgotten" we wont be able to delete those emails beign sent around from Qualtrics email triggers containing personal data. Currently the email trigger feature has "include results in the email" tick. This one will include the response and all the embedded data AND a link to the response. Basically I want to trigger an email ONLY containing the link to the response, so that we can actually delete the response in case of "right to be forgotten" and then the link will never be able to show the response. Any idea how we can solve this?

PLS vs OLS? How is the regression / driver widget working for you?

Hi guys! I'm curious to know how you guys work with the drivers widget in Vocalize? To my understanding it is using OLS regression and not PLS. Have any of you had a need to use PLS regression? If yes, how did you go about this? Further, what considering have you had to analyze drivers/impact in terms of what methodology is behind the drivers widget in Vocalize? Would love to hear your thoughts! Thanks in advance

Simple chart does not show since last time? How do you compare score on time?

Hi folks Curious to know, how you guys compare scores on time? E.g. score 2018 vs Score 2017 on a simple chart. The score value is in the same column field, so only the date dimension differentiates these two scores. I know the number chart is the only one really showing some historical/development "since" xx. I'd assume this is an important part of understanding a kpi/pi/score - but did it go up or down.. Would love to hear how you guys came across this Thanks!

How do you automate survey results/feedback scores on your intranet?

Hi We have an Intranet, where we would like to publish some aggreggrated results (e.g. avg. customer satisfaction across 5 surveys) into one score, which could then be shown on Sharepoint 365 intranet. Is this possible in any way? Does the report function support multiple surveys in 1 report? Or anyway Vocalize can publically show a dashboard without user login required? Thanks

Change order of multiple options (likert) based on country/embedded data ?

I guess, this is a classic question... :-) In Germany and some other parts of the world, my "customer effort score" multiple options needs to have the opposite order 80% of all countries it's: Strongly Disagree Disagree Neutral Agree Strongly Agree But in Germany it would be Strongly Agree Agree Neutral Disagree Strongly disagree ANyway I can achieve this in a smart and clever way without having to create two different questions and then do all kind of clumbsy stuff to merge the scores/results into 1 column again? :neutral: Thanks!

Qualtrics Site Intercept code in China cause slow page load?

I am being informed by our IT guys that the zone code from Qualtrics (site intercept) is taking 2 seconds to load on our China website. We have placed the code at the very end of the page load. But 2 seconds is quote a lot. Any one have experience with Qualtrics Site intercepts in China? or have any idea/direction for how to optimize the page load/ load time for qualtrics code? Would be HIGHLY appreicated. Thanks!

Different sample rate depending on embedded data

Hi! I have a SI which has 15% sample rate. But for my german speaking visitors, I'd like to have 30% sample rate. I know Qualtrics captures browser language via Q_language. Does that mean my only option is to copy the SI and make a different sample rate but where this as additionally requirement that Q_language is = DE and the original one goes != DE? And does Q_language actually gets captured upon the refresh of the page or when the feedback/response is given? This above solution would require that the Qualtrics code already nows the Q_language to then decide if it should show by the 15% or 30% rule. Thanks
