To close the feedback loop we trigger an email from the Survey (via "email triggers" feature in the survey ) to send the employee responsible the survey response so he/she can act on it.
However, following GDPR's "Right to be forgotten" we cannot send the email trigger with the survey response to an email address if it contains personal data such as name, email, phone number etc. Simply because if someone wants to apply the "right to be forgotten" we wont be able to delete those emails beign sent around from Qualtrics email triggers containing personal data.
Currently the email trigger feature has "include results in the email" tick. This one will include the response and all the embedded data AND a link to the response.
Basically I want to trigger an email ONLY containing the link to the response, so that we can actually delete the response in case of "right to be forgotten" and then the link will never be able to show the response.
Any idea how we can solve this? gotta be relevant for all EU related companies?
