Hi, I have forum participants who will be selecting sessions to attend which is my "session" question" with quotas set for each of my 3 sessions (Panel, Research, Keynote with a limit of 65) and I would like to replace the options that meet quota (i.e., Panel with "This session is full" or "gray out the option", is this possible? I have a "wait list" display logic set for each session item that meets quota "wait list" but I don't want the user to be able to select the "quota filled option" above, only see it. Scenario 2 - If I had to remove the option when quota is met: I was considering displaying the "available" sessions where the quota has not been met: "The following session have available seating....." question with options Then copy the "sessions" question which is now my "wait list" that displays only the items that have met quota in the first question above, and have no quota set since this is my "wait list" option. Hi Community,To streamline new staff on-boarding, I'm creating a survey with multiple users:Dept 1 - inputs new hire detailsDept 2 - inputs the PHONE numberDept 3 - inputs the ROOM numberOnce all form fields are filled in, the new hire details need to be sent to three different persons to update their systems.I'm having two issues: (1) Even though I have an end of survey, the form refreshes for approver 1&2 and doesn't end; (2) system is not sending out the final email. My setup is: 1. Project workflow sends an email with the retake link to 'dept 2' and 'dept 3' for each to fill out their form field per the example (EACH RECEIVES their respective email):2. When approver 1 or 2 updates their form field and hit submit, the page just refreshes showing the showing the respective (phone/room) update instead of ending:3. I have searched the community and haven't found the answer I am looking for.I followed TomG's post (https://community.qualtrics.com/XMcommunity/discussion/comment/42451#Comment_42451) to create 3 show/hide buttons in my form for a conference.I was able to get all 3 buttons to work perfectly but they all remain open when you click on each one, therefore, you need to click the button to close it. Is there a way to close the "open button" when I select another button? I've have been searching and researching for an answer to my situation:I have a multiple choice question with 4 options. I want to ensure the user cannot select more than 2 options. In earlier versions of Qualtrics, I was able to set the maximum number of options easily, now that option is non existent, so I believe since I can't find it.I need to use custom validation to set a number limit for each choice, min of 5 and max of 8. as shown below. But, if a person has 3 8's I want to limit their total choices to only 2 and not submit all 3 answers even though they are the high choices. I would very much appreciate someone offering a feasible answer. My research keeps finding the "old" way but not how to do it in this current version.
I am using a panel and have set embedded fields (FN, LN, & Email) which are used in my form and for trigger emails. I set the (First Name) embedded field in my distribution email but the receiver sees "Dear ," the name is missing. The embedded FN field appears in the trigger email and on the form as indicated in the attached email. Please advise if this is a user error or could this be a Qualtrics issue? I have distributed numerous surveys and have not had this issue before. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
I have a five question quiz using branches, if all 5 answers are correct, they go to end, if any of the 5 answers are incorrect, it will go through the "retake quiz" again, go through the questions, submit and they automatically go to the "pass" block even though they did not answer all 5 questions correctly. The student is to continue taking the test until all five answers are correct. I have been playing with this all afternoon using various formations and I can't figure out when I am doing wrong. Good Morning! I'm working on application forms for our university and one of the fields is a drop down box that list 5 years (2001, 2002, ...., 2005) that would start from the current year. I would like to avoid having to manually update the drop down each year. I found the JavaScript code but I am not sure how to use it to replace my current "year" option Qualtrics question. Hi, I work for a university and we would like to use Qualtric for registration with payment purposes but I am not sure what the best practice would be. 1) Use a "redirect" to the store checkout link at survey termination (we are not passing any information since the registrant could be different from the payer 2) Use a "Web Service" action. Hi Community Friends! I'm working on a "workflow" survey where I need a start date and end date. After some research I saw that TomG recommended flatpickr at https://www.qualtrics.com/community/discussion/792/date-range-picker-javascript. I checked out flatpickr and the "Basic" date is exactly what I want for my two input fields (start/end dates), but I do not know how to attached the jQuery string - jQuery("#"+this.questionId+" .InputText").flatpickr(); - to each of my start/end inputs. Hi, I work for a university and our computing group would like to send out a "checklist" asking all faculty and staff to confirm all the documented computer & printing equipment in their possession. In turn, faculty/staff need to confirm (by reviewing and submitting their survey) that their relative listing is correct, and if not, provide the correct info. They would like to perform this on a yearly basis. I have researched this extensively on the community and the closest thing I was about to find was a question by bfaser "Using a survey to create checklist" https://www.qualtrics.com/community/discussion/comment/3988#Comment_3988. All the information is provided by the computing group and will reside in the my contact panel (Name, email, computer 1, computer 2, printer 2, printer 2, etc). I will use embedded data fields (at the beginning of the flow) to pull out the information (comp 1, comp 2, etc), I want to be able to just pipe the relative equipment to a contact, e.g., Mary Jone
