Connect Qualtric Survey to Store Checkout Using Action or Redirect

I work for a university and we would like to use Qualtric for registration with payment purposes but I am not sure what the best practice would be.
1) Use a "redirect" to the store checkout link at survey termination (we are not passing any information since the registrant could be different from the payer
2) Use a "Web Service" action.
Any help or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

I think you want to do a redirect since you don't need to pass any information.
