Community pages-loading VERY slowly

Hello community members. Is anyone else having an issue with slowness of pages loading in the Community? It's been like this since inception (created community account) for me. It's very frustrating. It indicates "Waiting for the player.vimeo.com when the page sits there. Each page takes between 20-40 seconds to load. This is a long time for a web page to load each time.

Why are my points displaying like this?

Hi, I recently looked at my profile and I noticed that my points aren't displaying properly. When I initially click on my profile, it shows that I have 72 points, but when I go to a sub-menu, like notifications, then it updates to 85. I think I have more than 72 points at this point. Asking a question in a discussion

Is it better to start a new discussion rather than ask a question as part of a current discussion particularly if that discussion was asked and answered about 6 days ago? Which would get a faster response?

Notifications in Community - upgrade request

After networking with many other academic brand administrators at X4, we've been trying to work out a way to stay in touch with each other. Not wanting to recreate the wheel or use a listserv, would it be possible to upgrade the Notifications so that it's possible to follow a certain category? I'm thinking that if we could set it up so we can follow and be notified on specific categories, like the Brand Administrator category, it would be a great way for us to stay in touch without having to login to the Community every day. Nothing against the Community - you know I love it - but out of sight, out of mind too frequently, you know? Thoughts?

I find responses that could be useful later and would like to "bookmark" them. How do I do that? All I get when I click on the star in the space next to my name is that I do not have any bookmarks.

Messages in community

Has anyone else had trouble opening attachments to messages sent within Qualtrics Community. I am currently speaking with another member through message so we don't clog up the forum, I can see that they attached files but the system won't let me click on them to open the files. Any tips on getting attachments to be clickable are greatly appreciated!

How do I delete drafts from "My Drafts" in Qualtrics Community?

I have two drafts in "My Drafts" that I started but I don't want/need to finish them. Does anyone know how to delete them? I don't see a delete button anywhere. They were both created because the system auto saves periodically.
