Hi everyone!

My name is Henrike and since July 1st this year I am customer data analyst for a B2B company in Germany. Before I have been working for a bank where I used company specific customer feedback software.

In my “new” company we use Qualtrics for different types of surveys, but my field is measuring customer experience/customer satisfaction.

I am happy to be part of this community and I’m looking forward to find out how to perform magic with Qualtrics!

Hello,

My name is Mark Hilliard. I work at the University of Mn Medical School where I manage Academic Technology and work supporting our Instructional Design team. I’ve been working with Qualtrics for 9+ years. I use Qualtrics for surveys, but I also do some very different, creative uses of Qualtrics.  At the medical School we use Qualtrics XM as a teaching and training tool. Under my work we’ve created about 600+ active learning modules using the web based delivery of the platform and the incredible set of 100+ question types to creative interactive learning modules for individual and small group learning. We also use Qualtrics flexible Embedding features to share interactive radiology, microphotography and videos to help teach our Med students. I presented this creative use of Qualtrics at the 2017 Qualtrics Summit and got to hear Sir Elton John in concert, live at our conference!! Great memories!!

I enjoy the flexibility of Qualtrics, and love how you can utilize HTML, CSS and JavaScript to customize the surveys.

Hi all!

I am Shivam currently working as SAS Data analyst for Large Citibank Digital campaign management project with Wipro. I am always interested to learn new technologies and tools which help me to improve my existing knowledge.

Currently we are using Qualtrics XM for everything from survey programming to fielding to data manipulation, for a variety of project types like customer satisfaction.

Hello,

I am Pamela Beck, the Assessment and Accreditation Coordinator at Slippery Rock University located in Slippery Rock, PA.  I’ve been using Qualtrics on and off for three years and am taking more of a lead on surveys for our school.  No certifications yet, but I am looking to do that over the summer!  I build surveys for different departments on campus that go out to students, alumni, and staff, so a little bit of everything.  I’ve used a different survey platform before but I really like Qualtrics for its versatility and library of resources.

Hello XM Community, I am Sally Gatlin and I am the Lean Enterprise Manager, in the Lean Enterprise and Assessment Unit for the Residential and Hospitality Division and Auxiliary Enterprises for Michigan State University. I have been with Michigan State University for 13 years and we utilize Qualtrics in many ways throughout the university. In my particular unit, we handle all the assessments for the Division, for student engagement, staff engagement, climate surveys, etc. While I have created surveys, it is not something that I have done often, and with having two full cohorts of students being new to campus we are going to have challenges that we have not experienced before. That is where the XM Community will be so valuable. We need to be forward-thinking in how we handle this year and make sure that we create the best experiences we can for our students, staff, and guests. I am looking forward to my continued learning here and really appreciate this opportunity.

Hi! I'm Julia, and I work in K-12 education for Uncommon Schools, which is a charter school network of~20k students, 2.5k staff in NY, NJ, and MA. We've been using Qualtrics to survey students, families, and staff on COVID exposure and positivity, and create dashboards that organize that data for stakeholders. Hi All. I'm Mark from Las Vegas. After 24 years creating and managing corporate market research functions (and using Qualtrics in my last two roles), I made the leap to step out on my own. My consulting company utilizes a huge network of highly experienced market research colleagues and we have been very busy providing market research services for a number of different industries. We use Qualtrics for all of our studies and I'm our primary programmer along with managing all of our data work. I'm hoping to attend the Summit for the first time in March so can hopefully meet many of you then in person.
