Hi everyone! I'm Ronda. I work for Brené Brown Education and Research Group (BBEARG). BBEARG is based in Houston, TX., but I live in Buffalo, NY. We have online learning (braveleadersinc.com), an online store (themarblejar.com), a program to train helping professionals (thedaringway.com) and more. I do lots of course evaluations as well as customer experience and customer service surveys. I've been using Qualtrics for almost 2 years and I have gold certification. I attended the last 2 Summits, and I'm looking forward to X4 (and the CX certification).

HI all
I'm Val from the UK. I work for Lloyds Banking Group and I'm brand admin for our employee surveys. I've been working with Qualtrics for 3 years now - we have quite a complex set up here so its been in at the deep end and lots of support from the Qualtrics team. This means I know some really detailed and nuanced ways to use the platform, but I've missed some of the basics 🤪 (eg I've only just found this community!) but I'm getting up to speed quickly. I've even answered a couple of questions this morning!

I guess I am one of the few non-US member 🙂

I live in Denmark, where I drive Customer Experience Management within a global industry-leading water technology company, Grundfos.

We use Qualtrics to run a global CX Program initiated earlier this year, which we call "Customer Pulse" to optimize our customer journey and connect our organisation closer to our customers. Also lately been using Qualtrics to get feedback on and optimize meetings and conferences internally.

We use Site Interceps heavily to measure CX on digital touchpoints and recently started to integrate Qualtrics with our ERP to automate survey to customers after transactions like service, visits etc.

I'm a learn by doing type and I honestly enjoy learning more and more about Qualtrics! So I am here to contribute as much as I can and to learn from the best !

Hello and good morning from a sunny Sweden!
I thought I had done this introduction ages ago, but since the restructure of the Rewards program last night, I saw that I don't have this badge yet. And we can't have that now can we? :)

I work for a Business Intelligence and Visualizations company called Qlik. I am based in a town called Lund in the southern part of Sweden, but Qlik as a company are all over the world.
In 2018 I was on the Operations team but was handed a project from Marketing which entailed doing our annual Relationship survey. I had never worked with surveys or XM before but at that time we had a partner that did all the setup and I handled the data analysis and reporting back to the business. 2019 we decided we could to it ourselves. So I've been part of Qualtrics for 4 years, although the badge says only 3 :)
That was a big success and it ended up with us managing both that survey, but also all other surveys and touch points our company manages. So today we're a team of five people with various roles. My main role is being the contact to the internal stake holders at Qlik to work out survey design, setup etc. and then building the structure in Qualtrics and also managing customer feedback as well as building the Change management projects to increase CX.

In my time off I take care of three kids, go fishing, hunting and taking care of the garden (not always by choice). Looking forward to meeting you all in person at the next X4 summit, something I was ROBBED of going to by the stupid Covid virus. Was sooooo looking forward to travel to Salt Lake City, and even more now after two years in lock down. Soooo, please get that going :)

Hi folks,

My name is Sean Jordan. I'm a full-time marketing researcher in St. Louis and also a member of the faculty at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville in the Master of Marketing Research (MMR) program, teaching Qualitative Research. (I'm also an alumnus of this great program!)

I've been using Qualtrics since I was a student 10 years ago and am a passionate promoter of the platform, even joining the Ambassadors program a few years back. I use Qualtrics for just about everything I can, and I'm always looking for new ways to use it. I've attended four of the five summits (including this year's X4). I've also gone through four certification levels (the old Bronze-Silver-Gold and the new CX) and will continue to do certification classes until I've got them all covered!

I'm here because I enjoy talking Qualtrics. If I can be a resource to anyone, please let me know!

Hi everyone! I'm Betsy Strahin and I work for UW-Madison in the Division of Continuing Studies as a market research analyst. Qualtrics is just a portion of my job but I am the go-to around the office (and our friends on campus) for Qualtrics needs. I've had the pleasure of helping people stretch Qualtrics to do 360 without subscribing to the 360 application; pre- and post- self assessments; program and course evaluations; concept testing; applications; reservation tool; and I'm sure there are things I am missing. I'm excited to see what I can learn from the community. I already recognize some names from other forums that have helped me create JavaScript to push past what you can easily do in the interface.

Some personal background:
- I grew up in Erie, PA (yes, I am guilty of saying "PA" instead of "Pennsylvania") not too far from the great lake
- I went to a small college, Juniata College, whose landmark is State College. And for those of you who know State College they say they are in the middle of nowhere surrounded by fields and cows.
- After graduation I went to work at a full service market research firm in Maryland between DC, Annapolis, and Baltimore. I spent 5 years there developing and interpreting surveys and focus groups but not actually programming or running my own data.
- Almost four years ago now I transitioned to Madison, Wisconsin (a great town!) to work for the university. That'st when I started to pick up Qualtrics and have been self taught from videos, help pages, and forums.

Hello, survey people! I'm Rich, from Cal State University, San Bernardino. I've been my site's Brand Administrator for over 26 years now, and I'm in my 37th year here doing IT support. I started off installing the first microcomputer lab in the state of California (Apple IIe systems), then became the campus micro computer repair person for Macs and the original IBM PCs. After that, I moved into larger systems (Prime, Vax and Cyber) then IBM mainframes, where I did CICS and MVS programming. Now, I'm the primary Qualtrics support person for our campus, and I really enjoy it.

🤓 I work at Effective People, one of Qualtrics’ Implementation Partners. I’m an Implementation Consultant on Qualtrics EX but also on SuccessFactors Performance & Goal Management + Learning Management I’ve started my journey on SF about 8 years ago and on Qualtrics about 3 years ago.

🙋🏻 I implement 360, Lifecycle and EE projects, but I’m also interested in understanding how elements are connected, so I like to dig around and make some tests, like connecting Qualtrics and SF.

✍🏻 Currently on the CX journey for which I’m hoping to get certified before year-end.
