Hello Everyone,
I'm Arun, I'm from Dehradun, India location. I've 11 years of experience in Market Research and have great amount of experience in CX, BX, and XM projects. I have also done the few projects for employee engagement. I have been using Qualtrics since 2015-16. I have recently done my certifications in CX and XM discover consultant role. Hi Everyone!

I'm a researcher with experience spanning psychology, neuroscience, UX research and market research. I spent a year at a UX research and recruiting consultancy conducting quant research and helping to optimize the participant recruiting process (facilitated by Target Audience). In that role, I spent a decent amount of time providing basic Qualtrics Support to recruiters internally on standard Research Core, panel integrations, and on connections to TA.

I've recently moved into a role where I'm focused primarily on VoC and market research for a company facilitating tech-integrated automotive commerce. In this new org, I'm starting to get my hands on Web/App Feedback Projects and Vocalize Dashboards - lots of amazing stuff (and lots of quirks..of course)!

I'm excited to be able to help others where I can, but primarily to learn from this community. 🙂

I'm Kristi and I currently work in the K-12 public education sector here in Wisconsin. Our district has been using Qualtrics for about the last three years. Our main utilization of Qualtrics is CoreXM and the dashboards, although we are continuously finding new ways that we can capitalize on the system. As the brand administrator, I help create and support a lot of the projects within Qualtrics. Through the pandemic, we have really grown our understanding and knowledge of what the platform can do for us. I am excited to continue learning and exploring with the rest of the XM Community!

I use qualtrics to make puzzles, as a survey or form builder is the best rout to go when it comes to building online puzzles without coding.

Hello, I'm Lisa. I'm located in Cary, North Carolina and am the Learning Innovations Lead at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina. I lead the design, development, and deployment of innovative technologies, methods, and process for our enterprise learning division and also lead our learning analytics and measurement & evaluation strategy.
We are just starting off with implementing Qualtrics to collect and analyze data on training evaluations for our internal training programs. We have been working with another learning analytics system for several years, and are looking forward to the increased efficiencies, modern functionalities, and improved analytics that Qualtrics will add to our process. I'm confident Qualtrics will help us take the analytics maturity level of our Learning & Development department to the next level.

Hello. Anne from Bazaarvoice in Austin, Texas here. Bazaarvoice is a SaaS company all about user-generated content (like ratings and reviews and answers from retailers and brands) syndicated across a vast network of consumers, brands, and retailers. A little hard to explain, but I administer our client experience survey program in Qualtrics, and use Vocalize dashboards to share results and analysis internally. We also are integrated with Salesforce.

We've been using Qualtrics for just under 2 years, and I am currently gold certified (a.k.a. Research Core Expert Certified). Nice to meet everyone!

a little late to introduce myself but better late than never they say! Since joining this community in November 2021 I've changed jobs and started working for @NTT, a leading global technology services company. Born in Australia, grew up in Canada and now living in the Netherlands with my wife, 2 boys and a dog. Service Operations Manager by trade, CX buff by vocation. 
Workwise I've been in B2B service management with a focus in the enterprise telecom sector for the past 15 years. My roles have varied from managing multinational client accounts to running teams to establishing new business functions. 
CX wise my professional touchstone has been to improve the client experience. As a generalist at heart I have an interest in many topics but being an expert in none means I'm often busy learning new things. My first formal introduction to CX was in Spring 2019 when I completed the Forrester CX professional program. I'm not certified in Qualtrics so my 2022 resolution is to gain XM Fundamentals certification. 
Looking forward I'm really excited to be part of this community. I hope to contribute and add value by engaging with yourselves while gaining new insights along the way myself. Would love to connect on LinkedIn and learn how you use the customer & employee experience and XM in your company.
