Hello everyone, Clint here.
I am the Assistant Director for Web Communication at Washington State University. I am one of the Brand Admins for WSU and have been involved with Qualtrics ever since we went enterprise in 2015.

Like @AnthonyR, I'm all about pushing the envelope when it comes to Qualtrics. I was excited to AXM at the last summit, and I'm still hoping that we start implementing an AXM program in the near future at WSU.

I'm Gold certified, and I started the CX certification at the last summit. Speaking of summit, I vote for live band karaoke for Summit 2019 so I can relive being Elvis - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ez7jmyS6yVw.

Hi everyone!

My name is Natasha and I am a Project Manager working with privately held family businesses at BanyanGlobal Family Business Advisors! We are HQ in Boston and have an office in Brazil.

We have been using Qualtrics since 2019. We changed platforms from Survey Monkey to Qualtrics to allow us for a wider range of capabilities in designing and producing surveys and survey data.

Our primary use case is for onboarding our clients by sending a in-house designed alignment survey to gather data about the owners alignment on particular business ownership issues as well as other issues that are unique to family owned businesses. 

I am the Brand Admin on our account with eight other users. I do not yet have the certification, but I plan on achieving it! 

Excited to be here and to learn from all of you!

I'm Dan. I work with the Center for Drug and Health Studies at UDel, and I'm a faculty member at Penn State Harrisburg. I work with Qualtrics on a range of efforts, from national surveys to student thesis data collection to in-class survey activities.
The answers that I find on this community pretty consistently help me accomplish any given Qualtrics effort. This place is a great resource. So first of all, thanks everyone for all the help you've given me in the past even when you didn't know it.
I can't imagine I'll have many answers for others in a general sense, as I'm no guru at any of this. However, there are a few annual surveys (such as the CDC's YRBS, Profiles, etc; see https://www.cdc.gov/healthyyouth/data/yrbs/index.htm) that are opening up to electronic or partially-electronic administration and lots of us are using Qualtrics in those efforts. If there was some kind of user group for those surveys I bet I'd be able to help out there.
At this point I think each state is functioning more or less independently, but I think we're all solving the same problems since we're basically doing minor variations of the same survey and they all need to be as consistent as possible. So if we could do that here I think we'd be able to get a lot more accomplished, and the solutions would be more easily available to others looking to incorporate electronic administration into those annual surveys.
My next step here, I think, is to ask about creating a group/subgroup/subforum/tag/whatever for the YRBS and maybe for Profiles in advance of the 2023/24 administration. If anyone has any suggestions or input on that, please let me know.

I am Pamela Beck, the Assessment and Accreditation Coordinator at Slippery Rock University located in Slippery Rock, PA.  I’ve been using Qualtrics on and off for three years and am taking more of a lead on surveys for our school.  No certifications yet, but I am looking to do that over the summer!  I build surveys for different departments on campus that go out to students, alumni, and staff, so a little bit of everything.  I’ve used a different survey platform before but I really like Qualtrics for its versatility and library of resources.

Hi I'm Jeanna, I am the Manager of Client Experience for MedVet Associates. We are an organization of over 30 Emergency and Specialty Veterinary Hospitals across the country. We just began sending live surveys to collect feedback from our clients who have brought their pet in for an Emergency visit or for specialty care. I hope to find efficient and effective ways to utilize our Client Experience data to identify where we excel and where we might have opportunities to improve the experience. I'd like to find out how other community members are using their dashboards, comments, other reports, etc. that have been successful in helping your teams to understand the feedback and be able to act on it. My name is Jon. I deploy a non-standard use of Qualtrics. My main survey is a room check form that is used daily be student workers as the test the functionality of an AV space on campus. The form is deeply integrated with our ticket platform, ServiceNow. When a room check finds an issue in the space, the workflows create ServiceNow incidents. The form also updates the ServiceNow record of each AV space to indicate the date of the last room check as well as the ID of the room checker. The form has been used over 20,000 times since it was deployed in August of 2020.

I am located in Tucson, AZ, where I did some schooling, though I never finished a formal degree. I am currently Qualtrics Gold Certified, as well as having taken part in the Market Research certification pilot last year at Summit.

I have been working in the Qualtrics platform for almost 4 years now, as my primary job function. I specialize in finding ways to stretch the platform to its full potential in new and unique ways.
